Due to the growth of our business and a move to brand new premises, a vacancy has arisen for a Sales and Customer Service Advisor.
To be successful in this role you will need to possess a strong knowledge of computer hardware and have excellent customer service skills to assist our customers in person or electronically.
Hours of work are 40.67 per week, 08.30 to 17.30 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and 09.00 to 17.00 on Saturday. (There can be some flexibility on set week-day working, if required).
Responsibilities
• Welcoming customers to our brand new 'click and collect' counter
• Offering pre-sales... and hardware advice
• Assess customer needs using a 'customer first' approach and assist with product selection
• Provide up to date information on products and services
• Solving customer service issues
• Liaising with the Warehouse and Sales team
• Dealing with customer collections
• Previous customer service experience, an advantage but not necessary
• Strong knowledge of current hardware and configurations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A professional, pleasant and helpful attitude
• Minimum of 5 GCSE (or equivalent) including English Language at grade C or above
• IT Qualifications would be advantageous to your application but are not essential Show more details...
