The Talent Management Manager is responsible for the effective design and delivery of full-cycle talent development programs, including new hire onboarding and professional skills and management training. The Manager will drive talent development initiatives and arrange suitable development solutions for all employees through various modalities and platforms. They will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support all new hire onboarding and orientation activity. They will actively search, creatively design, develop, and implement effective methods to educate, engage, and enhance performance and retention of employees.

Position Duties
• Consults with the Human Resources Leadership Team to continually assess talent development needs and develop and identify training programs or resources that address performance gaps. Consults with the AVP to continually assess training needs by developing, managing, and facilitating University training and development programs.
• Manages the external contracts of talent development vendors who provide contracted services.
• Audits and ensures compliance of federal and state laws and mandatory training.
• Develops, manages, and facilitates maintenance of all records associated with employee development tracked in internal human capital systems.
• Consults with departments to develop and deliver customized employee development solutions.
• Under the guidance of the AVP , the Talent Management Manager designs and delivers a management development curriculum that promotes employee development, succession planning, and an environment of trust.
• Coordinates, monitors, and documents program data for New Hire On-Boarding.
• Facilitates in-person Onboarding Presentations for new hires, and other presentations to both internal and external groups as needed.
• Performs other such duties as assigned from time to time.

Position Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, organizational development, instructional design, business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5 years of experience in a professional talent development role, preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, instruction methods, techniques, and delivery mediums.
• Knowledge of and ability to maintain a LMS , training curriculum, and enrollment process.
• Ability to design, conduct research, and analyze employee development needs and metrics.
• Ability to design, develop, deliver and evaluate Human Resource programs that attract, develop and retain employees.
• Knowledge of project management and demonstrated experience with new hire onboarding programs.

The Budget Manager supports the Director of Budget and Reporting in managing the budgets for the Development and Alumni Relations and University Relations divisions. Position Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Finance/Accounting or Business preferred, or at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.

The Financial Aid Coordinator performs a variety of administrative support duties in the Financial Aid Office on the Pleasantville campus and serves as front line staff that advises current, prospective students, and parents on all federal, state and institutional financial aid. The Coordinator will review financial aid requirements and advise students on all financial aid matters via phone, in person or on the helpdesk email ticket system. They will assist with the processing of electronic forms via Next Gen and serve as back-up for indexing documents. The coordinator will serve as the primary staff member supporting the Assistant Director with the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program ( ABSN ). This role includes creating, sending and tracking the Federal Nursing Loan Promissory notes. They will be expected to serve as back up to Help Desk ticket system in peak season. Position Duties
• Advises current and prospective students and parents on federal, state and institutional aid.
• Provides a comprehensive overview of the financial aid award packages and outlines all requirements for students and parents to obtain financial aid.
• Assists students with completion of financial aid applications, resolves problems related to incorrect or incomplete forms and addresses concerns and issues from students and parents related to securing financial aid.
• Provides assistance on call center and in person meetings with current and prospective students.
• Works directly with Assistant Director in administering financial aid and necessary documentation for the ABSN student population.
• Reviews and processes financial aid documentation via Next Gen and reaches out to students and parents if an issue needs to be resolved with their submission.

Position Summary

The Welcome Center Manager oversees the daily operations of the Welcome Center on the New York City Campus and supervises the staff of paid student ambassadors. This position is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to prospective students, families, and campus visitors – both in person and virtually, at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The position is student-facing and is the first point of in-person contact for many prospective students and their families. The manager conducts information sessions, coordinates campus tours and group visits, and works as part of the visitor experience team and as an extension of the Office of Undergraduate Admission. The position is located on the New York City Campus but may be required to travel to the Westchester campus on occasion and participate in off-campus events that require travel.

Position Duties
• Manage the campus visit experience for prospective students and guests.
• Assist the Office of Undergraduate Admission and enrollment events team with the planning and execution of campus-wide recruitment events. Support enrollment events both on and off-campus and virtually, by presenting and organizing tour guides for campus tours.
• Conduct information sessions and webinars that introduce Pace University to prospective students and guests both in person and virtually.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate student workers (30 – 40 per semester) to conduct campus tours and execute special projects as assigned, including phone calling and note card writing.
• Coordinate specialized tour programs including academic interest tours, athletic recruitment tours, employee orientation tours, group visits for high schools and community organizations, school counselor visitations, and any other special tours needed by University departments.
• Monitor campus visit data/feedback and conduct continuous market research; make recommendations for continuous improvement to remain relevant and competitive in our tour program offerings.
• Oversee all Human Resources, administrative, and daily operations of the Welcome Center, as well as manage the department budget.
• Maintain visitor information in Slate database and prepare visitor reports and data analysis to develop planning.
• Prepare regular reports regarding campus visit activity.
• Support the Office of Undergraduate Admission during reading and travel season if needed. Some travel may be required.
• Responsible for increasing on-campus visitors to the University.
• Become proficient in the Slate CRM system to schedule programming and develop associated communication plans.
• Work with the departments in Enrollment Management to conduct phone calling campaigns for specified targeted cohorts.
• Manage special projects related to admission when needed, including but not limited to Setter for Day and webinars.
• Travel to the PLV campus when needed.
• Performs other such duties as assigned from time to time.

Position Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least one year of experience in college admissions or recruiting is preferred.
• Skilled at public speaking; able to speak before groups of various sizes, in a variety of settings.
