HOW WE DO IT?

Other duties will include:
• Step up and guide operations in the absence of the Shop and Deputy Manager
• Responsible for all shop operations including opening/closing procedures and cash management procedures
• Taking and processing customer bets through our multiple channels available which include but are not limited to our betting terminals, telephone services and in shop transactions
• Keeping and maintaining shop presentation standards
• Ability to adapt to different situations while still staying completely customer obsessed
• Play by the rules by complying with Social Responsibility duties

What you’ll do
• Role holders will need to show a high level of adaptability to different products and be able to acclimatize to varying communication channels (such as Phone, Live Chat, Email).
• Risk reviewing customer accounts that trigger SG reports/metrics.
• Contacting customers via Phone, Chat and/or Email to conduct Safer Gambling Interactions (SGIs).
• Completing follow up process to ensure SGIs are complete within SG Operations and our wider stakeholders.
• Managing customer escalations from Customer Support/Relationship Management Teams.
• Reviewing accounts that have been escalated from other risk teams including AML.
• Carrying out customer profiling and transactional analysis on customer accounts reviewing relevant documentation as part of a risk assessment.
• Other BAU daily SG operations tasks.
This role requires 2 weeks office based training, after which the team work one day a week from the office. Shifts can fall between the hours of 7am and 10pm (UK time)
