Preferred Qualifications: • Process expertise from any discipline - ideal candidates have a reputable lean six sigma certification with experience in a live operations environment.• Analytical orientation - demonstrated capability for data-driven decisions and data analysis. High systems comfort level. • Workday experience preferred but not required. What You'll Get to Do:

Provides excellent customer service and technical support to PFSA customer, in performing a variety of highly complex field service work, involving software installations, system modifications, upgrades, troubleshooting, programming, and TAC support, with minimal assistance or supervision, on PFSA software products.

Service Support:
• The ability to lead a software implementation from development of plan to final acceptance.
• Carries out technical assignments to install, modify, and repair software systems at customer sites providing root cause analysis for any problems found with minimal assistance or supervision.
• Assume responsibility for project management, prioritizing equipment and technical issues for immediate corrective actions, communication with pertinent parties, and completing personal and on-site team assignments within time expectations, and without the need for rework.
• Effective and efficient troubleshooting, while working in potentially high pressure circumstances, in achieving 100 percent problem resolution of repair activity with 24 hours of arrival at customer site.
• Operates and programs machines, understanding all technical aspects and machine parameter functions that affect the use of software functions.
• Work with the development group to resolve bugs and implement software enhancements.
• Provides customers with timely and accurate technical information in a positive and straightforward manner.
• Provide assistance and consultations to customers in site preparation for software installations.
• Ability to trouble shoot complex Network Communication Issues and application software errors, Server & Clients, To determine the root cause of communication errors and write a good technical report.
• Understand ESXI server environment, Redhat and linux operating system, SQL, Windows server.
• Understand use, configuration and installation of network hardware: switches, routes, scanners, and access points.
• Read software debug log and pinpoint areas of concern for problem resolution
• Assist TAC in covering calls from customers and as directed by the Regional Service Manager. Research issues to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction and an excellent overall customer experience in doing business with PFSA. Create Service Notifications and other documentation for communication of problem resolution and future use in addressing similar issues.
• Assist Regional Service Manager in identifying opportunities for selling services.

Sales Support:
• Participate in exhibitions and demonstrations of equipment, at trade shows, PFSA demo room, or at customer sites, aptly informing customers and responding to technical and specification questions and concerns.

What You'll Get to Do:

SaaS / Sales & Market Development:
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan of SaaS business that outlines a clear vision of necessary actions to be taken to create market demand & win business from clearly identified, high value customers and establish Panasonic’s software platform in the commercial video industry.
• Serve as the SaaS subject matter expert to target customers and channel partners as well the different stakeholders within the company such as sales, product management, marketing, engineering and factory.
• Initiate & conduct high level negotiations and close SaaS business opportunities including special development projects or specific contracts for new/unique SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with sales team & aligned Panasonic business groups in identifying, prospecting and partnering on customer communication, meetings, pipeline development and sales closure.
• Visit with, present and conduct high-level demonstrations to customers – either developed independently or in conjunction with sales team.
• Assist in ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual SaaS sales targets meet or exceed company targets along with achieving strategic personal goals / targets as assigned by sales management.
• Identify, subscribe to and participate in industry events/trade shows/associations and periodicals in order to market SaaS solutions and service capabilities.

• Understand SaaS software technology trends, market data, competitive information and potential partnerships/alliances in order identify solution opportunities or shortfalls.
• Identify complimentary 3rd party products/solutions for integration with existing and future software solutions.
• Deliver regular SaaS market research and competitive positioning / pricing analysis to Product Management, Marketing and Sales Management. Including presenting emerging business trends and best practices for software solution sales.
• Assist Product and Sales Management with launch SaaS software solutions. Inclusive of developing pricing models, marketing initiatives and sales team training.
• Coordinate strategic SaaS marketing activities, align resources, & implement initiatives to effectively promote Panasonic Software solutions.

Administration:
• Effectively manage all administrative duties and reporting in timely manner.
• Including but not exclusive to Salesforce customer, sales opportunity data maintenance along with sales forecasting.
• Additional reporting on activities, vertical news, technology, information, solution development and various headquarter or factory requests.
• Monitor and achieve all HQ required KGIs.
