• Be part of the larger centralized Revenue Operations team building and guiding our revenue engine for scale

About you:
• 5+ years of relevant Marketing Operations experience at a scale-up SaaS company
• Experience executing multi-channel marketing and PLG strategies and aligning various stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to shared pipeline goals
• Ability to execute marketing operations concepts including workflow management, segmentation, reporting, and managing lead lifecycle
• Previous experience building marketing technology stacks and integrating tools to support business objectives
• Hands on experience as a marketing automation platform architect, and practitioner

Our stack:

We use a service-oriented architecture but also deal with legacy code and monolithic services built on the Django framework. Our technology stack includes:
• Two main stacks: Java and Python
• Amazon Web Services
• NATS and Kafka as main cross-service communication transports
• Grafana Stack for observability

About you:
• At least 5+ years of development experience with Python and AsyncIO
• Strong working knowledge of software engineering best practices: unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, etc
• Strong debugging skills
• Good understanding of the development cycle from requirements analysis and deployment to application monitoring
• Good to have experience with Amazon Web Services (EKS, MSK), Gitlab CI, Grafana Stack, and Golang
• Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written
