We're on the lookout for an Assistant to the CFO to support our CFO, finance team initiatives, projects and planning.

Your new adventure:
• Manage CFO's daily calendars and email communications
• Act as the gatekeeper between senior/executive management and other key stakeholders
• Ensure timeliness of approvals and proper documentation
• Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making
• Facilitate and expedite important projects to meet project deadlines
• Coordinate and monitor special projects within the assigned area of responsibility
• Research new programs, services, policies and procedures as assigned
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments, external entities and third-party contractors
• Assist in project closeout through correspondence, processing completion forms and maintaining internal database records
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the executive team, leadership team, external partners and other departments to align business plans and strategic initiatives
• Screen and respond to emails on complex matters while discerning between critical and less urgent matters
• Prepare expense reports
• Schedule and coordinate managers/directors/staff meetings, create agendas, draft and distribute meeting minutes
• Manage the CFO's and finance team travel schedules, arrangements and itineraries in a timely, detailed and organized manner
• Exercise complete discretion and handle highly confidential information with 100% integrity
• Hybrid role - will be required to come to office occasionally to help with in person meetings, planning, project meetings and other

Does this sound like you?
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience
• 2 years in a high growth organization, managing details and administrative tasks
• High level of customer service to both internal and external customers
• Independent, strategic and creative thinker who is a strong team player and is willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
• Ability to prioritize and work under deadline pressures
• Ability to interact effectively with multiple internal teams and executives in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or related software

We’re looking for a customer support expert, Spanish speaker for our St. Petersburg, Florida office. In this role, you’ll work as part of our award-winning customer support team, answering customers’ questions and giving advice about our CRM. Your primary role as a sales development representative will be to qualify inbound opportunities through discovery conversations. You’ll also research within internal systems to support account executive conversion.

Your new adventure:

• Perform discovery calls to collect, validate and document information for the account executive
• Gather contact and prospect information and maintain accurate data in Pipedrive
• Handle inbound sales inquiries effectively
• Provide information to foster prospects and lead them to success
• Identify key prospects, profile strategic accounts and research and obtain business requirements to give to the respective account executive
• Maintain detailed documentation about qualified leads in Pipedrive and forward them to consultants, sales managers or partnerships
• Guide prospects on Pipedrive customization options and best usage practices
• Effectively partner and work across sales teams to develop account intelligence and map customer journeys
