Your new adventure:
• Manage CFO's daily calendars and email communications
• Act as the gatekeeper between senior/executive management and other key stakeholders
• Ensure timeliness of approvals and proper documentation
• Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making

We're looking for a colleague experience manager to manage local colleague experience processes for the US from our Florida office. In this role, you'll look after the local employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, acting as the first point of contact for all people and culture-related tasks and matters. Does this sound like you?
• 4+ years of experience in a human resources role, ideally in a fast-growing startup or scaleup (6+ years preferred)
• Functional expertise in HR, broad knowledge and experience in local employment law across multiple markets, local payroll and processes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or other related field
• Knowledge of various HR functional programs, HRIS platforms and performance management solutions
• A great communicator
• Use of Google Suite is a plus
