About this position: Clinician 1
PPGNHAIK is seeking an exceptional Nurse Practitioner/Clinician to provide direct service reproductive healthcare. This individual will serve as clinical leader and partner to the health center manager to ensure quality care, a smoothly functioning health care team, and a positive patient experience.

Hourly: $41-$76 DOE
Compensation: PPGNHAIK's compensation philosophy is based on equity and transparency. Starting offers are determined by both the candidate's directly applicable experience and internal equity within the pay grade. The pay range is $41 to $76, paid (annually or hourly).
What you’ll be doing:
• Within state specified licensure and scope of practice and PPGNHAIK Medical Standards and Guidelines and privileging, provides confidential healthcare in a compassionate, professional and culturally competent manner to create a positive patient experience.
• Evaluates, diagnoses, and treats reproductive health concerns including preventive care, contraception, sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy, and common gynecological conditions.
• In select health centers, evaluates, diagnoses and treats common acute self-limiting primary care conditions and hypertension, hypothyroidism and hyperlipidemia.
• Fosters affiliate stability by meeting clinician productivity benchmarks and supports a healthy revenue cycle with accurate and timely charge entries, including assignment of appropriate diagnosis and CPT codes.
• Serves as a delegator for support staff as required by state regulations (i.e. Medical Assistants).

Essential Functions
• Implement and facilitate various Youth, Parent, Adult, and/or Peer Education Programs as applicable.
• Utilize facilitation and presentation best practices to plan and implement presentations, trainings, meetings and other events in both Spanish and English.
• Design and implement program evaluations as appropriate.
• Conduct community outreach to potential participants, patients and agencies and participate in community events to increase awareness of PPMI services and recruit for program participation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key community leaders and stakeholders.
• Monitor grant and program progress by tracking goals, activities, and data and generate quarterly reports. Provides additional reporting per affiliate and grant funding requirements.
• Align program activities and work priorities with affiliate, grant and department goals.

What To Expect
Under the supervision of the Controller, the Accounts Payable Manager performs a wide variety of functions. The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for the oversight of accounts payable, including reviewing, approving, and posting of invoices. The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible to follow financial and operational objectives which support the mission and strategies of Planned Parenthood of North Central States. Accounts Payable Manager is an advocate in implementing our mission “To affirm the right to reproductive and sexual health and freedom for all by providing excellent care, trusted education, and fierce advocacy” They may perform other related duties as assigned.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
Responsibilities
This position will impact us with the following contributions:
• Review accounts payable invoices for accuracy in coding and approvals.
• Prepare journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation.
• Review and management of balance sheet account reconciliations according to scheduled timeline of completion.
• Collaborate with Department leadership to identify and implement process improvements, define SOPs, and manage administration of internal forms.
• Ensure all general operating expenses are recorded appropriately.
• Prepare and review audit schedules prepared by team.
• Respond to manager, director, and executive inquiries, handle special requests, and research complex accounting issues.
• Handle monthly reporting as assigned.
• Day to day management and oversight of select employee(s) in the Accounting Department.
• Complete special projects as assigned by management to improve process efficiency and performance.
• All other special projects as assigned by Controller.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related area, or equivalent work experience
• Non-profit accounting experience

Who You Are:
The ideal candidate should have a grasp of the changing health care environment, business, scalable systems deployment when necessary, managing 501(c)3 and 501(c)4 financials, billing and payroll, revenue cycle management, compliance, labor laws, and the integration and growth of new services. Candidates should prove effectiveness working in partnership with a well-coordinated leadership team to support emerging business strategies. Previous experience should include IT, real estate expansions, working with purchasing, leasing, and property management in general, as well as handling organizational growth and the financial impacts of expanding services, staff, and premises.The successful candidate must be aligned with all aspects of the organization’s mission.
What You Offer:
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from an accredited college or university or Bachelor’s degree in related field with combinationof five years’ minimummanagement experience in related field or 16 years’ related experience in lieu of degrees.
Minimum ten years of experience in senior-level finance or accounting position with at least the previous five in a senior management capacity.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
Working knowledge of short- and long-term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
Travel:
Candidate may reside in North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia, or the western half of Virginia, with travel to Raleigh, NC and all over the region as required for business needs.

This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of individual donors, soliciting annual, endowment, and planned gifts in support of health care, education, and advocacy and political programs. Major Gifts Officers are advocates in implementing our mission “To affirm the right to reproductive and sexual health and freedom for all by providing excellent care, trusted education, and fierce advocacy” They may perform other related duties as assigned.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. Must be able to travel within the region (primarily Nebraska) for donor meeting and fundraising events.
Responsibilities:
This position will impact us with the following contributions:
• Achieve individual fundraising goals and strategically use moves management to maximize revenue and donor retention
• Organize and implement strategies to qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of major and planned gift prospects. Maintain an active schedule of donor engagements, maximizing direct donor interaction when possible.
• Develop customized briefing documents, solicitation materials, proposals, correspondence, and gift acknowledgements, all informed by a consistent, well-articulated case for support.
• Create and implement stewardship plans for donors in portfolio giving at leadership levels.
• Serve as an ambassador for PPNCS throughout the region.
• Manage and track donor relationships and proposals in Raiser’s Edge.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Three to five years of fundraising experience with demonstrated success in raising funds from individual donors.
