PPGNHAIK is seeking an exceptional Nurse Practitioner/Clinician to provide direct service reproductive healthcare. This individual will serve as clinical leader and partner to the health center manager to ensure quality care, a smoothly functioning health care team, and a positive patient experience.

What you’ll be doing:
• Within state specified licensure and scope of practice and PPGNHAIK Medical Standards and Guidelines and privileging, provides confidential healthcare in a compassionate, professional and culturally competent manner to create a positive patient experience.
• Evaluates, diagnoses, and treats reproductive health concerns including preventive care, contraception, sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy, and common gynecological conditions.
• In select health centers, evaluates, diagnoses and treats common acute self-limiting primary care conditions and hypertension, hypothyroidism and hyperlipidemia.
• Fosters affiliate stability by meeting clinician productivity benchmarks and supports a healthy revenue cycle with accurate and timely charge entries, including assignment of appropriate diagnosis and CPT codes.
• Serves as a delegator for support staff as required by state regulations (i.e. Medical Assistants).

Qualifications and Experience

What To Expect

Under the supervision of the Controller, the Accounts Payable Manager performs a wide variety of functions. The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for the oversight of accounts payable, including reviewing, approving, and posting of invoices. The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible to follow financial and operational objectives which support the mission and strategies of Planned Parenthood of North Central States. Accounts Payable Manager is an advocate in implementing our mission “To affirm the right to reproductive and sexual health and freedom for all by providing excellent care, trusted education, and fierce advocacy” They may perform other related duties as assigned.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

This position will impact us with the following contributions:
• Review accounts payable invoices for accuracy in coding and approvals.
• Prepare journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation.
• Review and management of balance sheet account reconciliations according to scheduled timeline of completion.
• Collaborate with Department leadership to identify and implement process improvements, define SOPs, and manage administration of internal forms.
• Ensure all general operating expenses are recorded appropriately.
• Prepare and review audit schedules prepared by team.
• Respond to manager, director, and executive inquiries, handle special requests, and research complex accounting issues.
• Handle monthly reporting as assigned.
• Day to day management and oversight of select employee(s) in the Accounting Department.
• Complete special projects as assigned by management to improve process efficiency and performance.
• All other special projects as assigned by Controller.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related area, or equivalent work experience
• Non-profit accounting experience
