-Prepare pre- and post-operative packets
-Completion of pathology and lab requisition documents including submitting orders before surgery

-Submit prior authorizations/determinations for patient office consultation, follow up appointment, and surgeries.

-Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
-Educate patient as required after physician establishes the treatment plan.
-Ensure that the patient understands the treatment plan, understand the proper use of their medications, and understands their responsibility for compliance with the treatment plan prior to leaving the office

-Assist in clinic to obtain vitals, prepare exam rooms, room patients, order supplies, assist in office procedures

-Perform other duties and tasks as needed

Qualified applicants will have the following:
Minimum two years’ experience in a DOCTOR'S OFFICE setting.
Knowledgeable of medical plastic surgery terms/CPT, ICD-10
Prior plastic surgery, aesthetics, operating room or office procedure experience strongly preferred.
