ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Business Operations:
• Oversee the Health Finance Coordinators to ensure all department payments are reviewed, accurately coded, and recorded within contracted term dates
• Oversee department purchases and sales orders
• Approve department invoices for medical services, equipment purchases and maintenance, recruitment, and other services
• Monitor the consistent operation of all daily accounts payable related functions resulting in a timely and accurate month end close
• Analyse cost and pricing to identify additional discount opportunities
• Collaborate with Case Management team in the review of high-cost invoices
• Work closely with the company finance and accounts payable department to acquire needed reports, obtain assistance with systems and resolve any payment matters

Financial Planning and Reports:
• Support Sr. Manager, Healthcare Administration and Finance in preparing financial reports, business cases and other support of key initiatives
• Manage and oversee department monthly, quarterly closing activities, ensuring all areas are kept within budget and address any outliers or discrepancies
• Engages in revenue enhancement initiatives, maintain charge reconciliation & revenue capture processes

Vendor Relations:
• Assist with vendor inquiries for escalation of missing payments and invoice discrepancies
• Maintain effective working relationship with external partners and suppliers

General administration:
• To complete ad hoc projects as per Management assignment
• Assist with internal and external department audits
• To consistently remain attentive and responsive to important business-related matters, even if the related issues don’t have a direct affect

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Security Risk Management & Tracking: Manage the cybersecurity risk management strategy, framework and approach. Develop/manage/monitor cyber security risk reporting and aggregate reporting, for inclusion into the Enterprise risk framework. Collaborate with other teams, to develop risk mitigation strategies, solutions, and recommendations to reduce components, systems, or enterprise security risk. Maintain the Security Risk Management Framework (RMF) per industry standards and applicability (Eg. NIST CSF). Support the annual Security Risk Assessment against the RMF. Electronic Health Record (EHR) Support
• Learning and mastering the electronic health record (EHR) application and become a subject matter expert (SME) regarding daily activities performed by clinicians in the EHR

We’re looking for an amazing Director, Supply Chain Logistics to fill this role. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the logistics strategy for Princess Cruises, Holland America Line and Seabourn. These brands have one of the most global and unique deployment in the cruising industry, with over 30 ships visiting more than 150 ports in all continents. The director oversees some of the most critical aspects of the supply chain, including logistics planning, inbound and outbound transportation, warehouse management and inventory control through a network of 3PLs, carrier relationship management, budgeting, and cost management. While the Supply Chain team oversees the delivery of all types of goods needed in the fleet, most of the focus is on (a) food, beverage, and hotel supplies, and (b) technical items. The primary objective of the position is to guarantee the delivery of the right items, at the right time and the right place, in a cost-efficient manner. This requires for the individual to work very closely at a strategic and tactical level with key stakeholders from brands serviced, other supply chain peers, and key third-party vendors.

Responsibilities
• Sets the overall logistics strategy for the Group, including the required network of 3PLs, insource/outsource decisions, air/land/ocean decisions, etc. taking into consideration the strategy and deployment of the brands, and external market conditions. Develop HR Analytics Reporting/Dashboards
• Define, develop, deliver, and maintain/update key metrics and dashboards, scheduled & ad-hoc reports, and queries that meet business needs of cross-brand stakeholders, executives, and HR departments.
• Provide consultation, support, and technical assistance on specific data requests and report functional specs from the cross-brand stakeholders and HR departments.
• Synthesize data into various formats, including tables, graphs, charts, narrative reports to provide meaningful analysis to inform business decisions.
• Work with implementation partners to define and build custom OTBI, Data Visualizer, and XML reports with Oracle HCM Cloud. Create BI Publisher reports where requirements cannot be met with out-of-the-box OTBI reports.

• Utilize data virtualization platforms (e.g., Tibco) to provide data access.

Develop Reporting Governance
• Develop reporting governance and related processes to ensure required reports and dashboards are identified and appropriately designed to meet stakeholders needs.
• Liaison with stakeholders and reporting analysts across the brands to inventory reports, understand report parameters, and consolidate reports where appropriate.
• Maintain and develop effective and positive relationships within the global HR community and with other business stakeholders.

Ensure data integrity
• Identify and correct Oracle HCM system usage inconsistencies to ensure HR reporting is accurate.

Contribute to Strategic Insights
• Provide HR metrics insights and storytelling around metrics and dashboards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Discipline: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, or other related fields.

Required Years & Area of Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience creating OTBI and BI Publisher reports and analytics within Oracle HCM.
• Critical Professional Related Technical/Computer Skills: Experience creating OTBI and BI Publisher reports and dashboards within Oracle HCM or equivalent experience in other reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience in writing SQL queries and understanding SQL code

This position is responsible for managing and executing strategies that support the continued maturity of Carnival’s Global Security transformation, such as developing a risk management framework, supporting the deployment of control assessment automation, creating a RACI, and documenting the governance program, among other initiatives. They will also work to ensure that cybersecurity risks are identified, monitored, and managed to an acceptable level.

This program and role will enable the business to achieve its’ objectives through the proactive evaluation and enhancement of the compliance program’s activities and controls that reduce the likelihood of realizing risks. This position will be responsible for the maturity and maintenance of the security policy framework and relevant standards; monitoring applicable security, contractual and compliance requirements (e.g. SOC2, MRC, ISO27001, GDPR, CCPA, NIST CSF, DPAs and local privacy laws) through strategy execution, controls definition and assessment, and process performance. The scope of this position is global in nature and will work collaboratively across Carnival’s brands and operating companies to facilitate cybersecurity risk management.

Essential Functions
• Policies and Standards – Monitor/manage the maintenance of effective and manage and maintain effective and reasonable policies and standards, to provide control over sensitive data and our environment. Additionally, ensure security and compliance with contracts, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Collaborate across the Brands, Legal, Regional Information Security and Compliance Teams, IT teams, HR and Global Data Privacy Council in the development of global security policies. Oversee/facilitate the annual global security policies and standards review with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate business strategy, cybersecurity strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Security Awareness & Training – Manage the development, implementation, and reporting of the Global Information Security Awareness and Training programs. Manage the distribution of security bulletins, alerts, updates, and other security related information. Manage the development and execution of annual training for existing employees, contractors, and new hires, including continual reinforcement throughout the year. Support the maintenance of, and freshness of, educational content across all platforms, including gamifications to help drive awareness and behavior change in a positive manner. Develop and oversee Cybersecurity Awareness Month campaign initiatives and other related information security awareness events throughout the year.
• Security Risk Management & Tracking: Manage the cybersecurity risk management strategy, framework and approach. Develop/manage/monitor cyber security risk reporting and aggregate reporting, for inclusion into the Enterprise risk framework. Collaborate with other teams, to develop risk mitigation strategies, solutions, and recommendations to reduce components, systems, or enterprise security risk. Maintain the Security Risk Management Framework (RMF) per industry standards and applicability (Eg. NIST CSF). Support the annual Security Risk Assessment against the RMF. Develop/manage/monitor in the development of security reports and dashboards for varied audiences. Maintain the risk register and monitor remediation plans. Understand compliance requirements and identify emerging security risks; work with the relevant business groups to facilitate proactive implementation of mitigation measures.
• NIST CSF Maturity: Work with Corporate and the Brands to measure the cybersecurity maturity of our programs. Initially partner with an external business partner to execute, and then have complete ownership of the exercise. Based on observed artifacts, produce a CMMI score for the five CSF domains and their subcategories.
• Manage/monitor/support development, implementation and maintenance of the security risk and associated documentation/data in the GRC platform (OneTrust)
• Less than 25% non-shipboard travel likely

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Audit, Risk Management
• CRISC, CISA, CGEIT
• 6+ years of progressive IT, auditing, investigations, strategic risk management, and/or business/management consulting with exposure to Fortune 500.
• Experience working within an IT Security practice, preferably having leveraged GRC tools, such as OneTrust.
• Experience in third party risk management, security risk programs, security policies & standards development and maintenance, and development and facilitation of security training programs.
