What you will be doing:
Corporate
• Maintain corporate records for the parent entity and assist with preparation and organization of board and committee materials, including preparation of proposed resolutions, minutes, presentations, and other materials.
• Form and manage domestic and international subsidiaries, including maintenance of corporate books and records, annual reports/filings, and collaborating with Tax, Finance, and HR departments on subsidiary matters.
• Assist in preparation of securities filing and related matters.
• Provide support on employee equity and related matters, including capitalization table related matters and transfer agreements.
• Establish and manage internal corporate processes, including maintenance of corporate records and databases and implementation of policies.
• Work on special corporate projects, as needed.
Litigation
• Assist in conducting investigations and lead document collection and production efforts related to pre-litigation matters, filed lawsuits, and third party subpoenas.
• Support or drive case management such as workflows, task lists, status updates, timing, and overall case organization.
• Respond to law enforcement requests.
General Legal Department Support
• Liaise with internal and external counsel on a regular basis.
• Work in tandem with Legal Ops to onboard outside counsel, provide procedural guidance to law firms, and manage outside counsel guidelines.
• Facilitate execution and payment of invoices and agreements.
• Assist in developing, updating, and tracking budget projections for the Legal department.
What you should have:

• 7 years of corporate paralegal experience, including experience at high-growth public and private tech companies.
• Bachelor’s degree.

In this highly visible role, you will apply thought leadership, analytical skills, and business judgment to help senior leadership define strategic priorities, deliver operational excellence, and foster innovation and growth. This role reports to the VP of Field & Payments Go-to-market and interfaces with key leaders throughout the business.
What you will be doing:
• Help develop Podium’s Payments & Field go-to-market strategy by leveraging business intelligence, customer insights, and market research
• Drive strategic recommendations on market growth opportunities (where to play and how to win) for indirect and direct go-to-market motions - including our emergent Field sales strategy
• Partner with the Payments Go-To-Market org (e.g., Marketing & Sales) to increase Podium Payments adoption and utilization; develop KPIs to monitor and analyze business performance
• Analyze new strategic opportunities to drive improvements in-year and in-quarter revenue growth
• Lead complex strategic and operational projects with cross-functional partners; drive to implementation and delivery of results. Projects could span strategic, long-term initiatives to near-term operational improvements
• Identify critical business blockers and opportunities and deliver recommendations to improve/capitalize
• Nimbly navigate the organization and motivate cross-functional partners to deliver on recommendations and plan
• Be a credible and reliable advisor to senior leadership; prepare and deliver materials and analyses to support those decisions
What you should have:
• 2-3+ years of work experience in Revenue or Sales Operations and Strategy or in management consulting, SaaS, venture capital, investment banking, private equity with a focus on technology
• Prior Go-to-Market (Sales and/or Marketing) or FinTech experience a plus, but not required
• Data, results, and operational excellence-driven with great analytical skills and execution abilities
• Ability to structure cohesive, thoughtful communications to drive strategic business decisions
• Strong ability to build productive cross-functional relationships, drive change, and interact directly with senior management
