Reporting directly to the Director of Enterprise Sales - North America, you will apply your account management experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment, helping clients achieve their production and creative goals. In this role, you will partner with a Sales Representative with a focus on building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. You'll collaborate with the rest of the Sales team and across the organization to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products in the long-run.
This role is based in either New York or on the west coast, working remotely until Pond5 offices open later this year and with flexibility to continue remote work as appropriate.
The Day to Day:
• Partner with Agency, Corporate, Media and Production clients to maintain/expand relationships
• Collaborate with partner Sales Rep to develop and execute account strategy and develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Grow new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics, clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product) to improve the entire customer experience
What you'll bring to the role:
• 2-5 years of sales experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
