RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gather and document requirements based on market trends and customer needs
• Manage the overall product development process from conception through implementation
• Use a data-driven approach to problem solving and meeting customer needs
• Break large initiatives into milestones and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with designers and developers from various disciplines and backgrounds
• Define and prioritize user stories and own the Agile process and backlogs
• Run beta programs and coordinate product releases
• Communicate with internal stakeholders on the roadmap and the product pipeline

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in product management
• 2+ years working in an Agile environment
• Experience working for a media or media production organization
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to use data to support decision-making
• Passion for solving hard, complicated problems
• Past experience working in a start-up environment is desirable
• Must be available for occasional international travel

Reporting directly to the Director of Enterprise Sales - North America, you will apply your account management experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment, helping clients achieve their production and creative goals. In this role, you will partner with a Sales Representative with a focus on building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. You'll collaborate with the rest of the Sales team and across the organization to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products in the long-run.

This role is based in either New York or on the west coast, working remotely until Pond5 offices open later this year and with flexibility to continue remote work as appropriate.

The Day to Day:
• Partner with Agency, Corporate, Media and Production clients to maintain/expand relationships
• Collaborate with partner Sales Rep to develop and execute account strategy and develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Grow new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics, clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product) to improve the entire customer experience

What you'll bring to the role:
• 2-5 years of sales experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
• Client-focused, service-oriented, and articulate in all communications
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to meet ambitious quotas, motivated by exceeding goals

Any of these would be a bonus:
• Knowledge of the creative stock content industry, including content licensing
• Experience in the commercial, agency or corporate production industries
• Experience using Google Workspace
• Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce
