Position Summary:
The Resident Service Coordinator is a member of the Property Management department and provides direct support for the market office. The Resident Service Coordinator is involved in supporting many aspects of field-level property management, included but not limited to resident inquires and providing outstanding customer service to residents.

Essential Functions:
• Represents Company in a professional manner as the point of contact in our physical field office.
• Answers phones and gives general information or re-directs to appropriate party.
• Manages general email boxes by giving general information or re-directing to appropriate party.
• Accepts resident payments made in person at physical office location.
• Posts various notices at homes when needed.
• Conducts occupancy and utility checks when needed.
• Schedules landscaping and pool services on all newly internalized rental homes in assigned region.
• Maintains an organized, consistent filing system on share drive, while following Progress procedures.
• Manages service work orders in Yardi and communicates with Field Ops team to ensure work orders are completed in a timely fashion.
• Manages work orders for HOA violations and confirms resident chargebacks.
• Interact with residents in a professional and courteous manner.
• Responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer service and competency level in all resident interactions, whether over the phone or email, through formal written communication or in person.
• Assists in creation and circulation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.

Qualifications:
• High School graduate.
• Minimum of one year previous experience in either the single family or multi-family rental industry.
• Previous use of Yardi Voyager a plus.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Committed to providing outstanding customer/resident experiences.
• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
• Interacts productively in person and through technology with co-workers, team members.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy, ability to comfortably navigate new technology and competency in MS Office suite a must.
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects all at once.

Position Summary:

The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for leading design, build, and deployment of software solutions and cloud services. The environment is fast paced and time to market of applications is critical to the success of the organization. The Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for identification and selection of appropriate cloud services based on requirements and constraints, has deep subject matter expertise, and can evaluate new technologies for fit in current infrastructure architecture.

This position will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering applications for high-quality, on-time software releases leveraging best-of-breed agile and DevOps practices with a focus on how to enable the operations of those applications through a combination of infrastructure solutioning, continuous delivery & integration, and efficient system sustainment planning.

The Senior DevOps Engineer must conduct research on emerging cloud technologies in support of infrastructure development efforts and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and infrastructure flexibility. The role focuses primarily on improving and maintaining how critical cloud applications are built, integrated, and deployed on cloud platforms such as Salesforce and AWS. The Senior DevOps Engineer will also assist in defining and implementing system level monitoring solutions. This engineer will help coach, mentor, and train new engineers on the team.

Essential Functions:
• Excellent understanding of typical multi-tier architectures: web servers, caching, application servers, load balancers, and storage
• Understanding of relational databases, NoSQL databases, and storage solutions for both structured and non-structured data
• Knowledge of message queuing, and server less architecture concepts
• Familiarity with loose coupling and stateless systems
• Understanding of different consistency models in distributed systems
• Knowledge of Content Delivery Networks (CDN) and load balancing
• Hands-on development of RESTful Web Services, SOAP, XML, and JSON integrations

• Support software developers and architects in implementation of a highly scalable integration platform to allow Progress Residential to work with multiple 3rd party partners across the property management lifecycle
• Perform gap analysis of current architecture and implementations against strategic roadmaps
• Evaluate new technology for inclusion in our stack, including building proof of concepts
• Lead high level designs and prototyping initiatives with engineering team
• Work with developers to identify and create common reusable components
• Undertake initiatives to drive down the cost of development
• Drive technical consolidation and reduction of duplicate effort across projects
• The candidate should have a strong understanding of agile software development and how that impacts the operations of software; and must participate in strategy discussion with all levels of management and business sponsors.
• A deep background in system integration & service-oriented architecture is required. Experience working on mobile and responsive web development is preferred.
• Log, track, and manage issues, bugs, and enhancement/ features requests logged in JIRA.
• Participate in software release and post-release activities, including developing designs for proof of concepts.
• Capture, mitigate and /or escalate risks & issues in a timely fashion
• Write and/or review deliverables, solution blueprints, and architecture documentation

Qualifications:
• BS in Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education/experience; advanced degree preferred
• 4+ years’ experience as a DevOps Engineer or lead developer for internet-scale web/mobile applications and public APIs
• 5+ years’ experience in a hands-on technical role supporting the development of cloud applications or services
• Strong system administration (Linux/Unix or Windows) at the command-line level
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code: design and security, configuration management, integration, deployment, performance monitoring and tuning, automation of infrastructure

American Progress has an immediate opening for a Partnerships Associate or Partnerships Strategist to support the Digital Advocacy team’s coordination and amplification efforts to build the case for progressive policies and values.

With Americans facing an increasing volume of news and media content, it has never been more important to amplify progressive policies and build up the necessary communications infrastructure to break through the noise and reach key audiences—and American Progress is committed to leading the way.

A strong candidate for this role will work as part of a team that builds relationships across the progressive political landscape in order to promote messaging and content, ultimately improving the performance and reach of progressive policy content online. They will have a keen interest in and understanding of relationship management, how content gets disseminated across platforms, progressive influencers and organizations, and the progressive landscape. The Associate or Strategist’s responsibilities include managing relationships with other progressive operatives and organizations, identifying opportunities for partner engagement and expansion, and supporting the execution of the partnerships team’s strategy.

This role will be driven by American Progress’ mission to improve the lives of all Americans through bold, progressive ideas as well as strong leadership and concerted action, with the aim of not only changing the conversation, but changing the country. The Associate or Strategist will be part of a dynamic Advocacy and Outreach department that supports work across the organization’s strategic priorities, including ensuring that Americans see, feel, and understand the difference progressive economic policies make in their lives, and exposing and driving a narrative to combat the threats posed by the extreme MAGA policy agenda.

This is a full-time position funded for one year, with the opportunity for extensions.

Responsibilities:
• Help identify, track, cultivate, and strengthen the Center for American Progress Action Fund’s external relationships with partners across the progressive landscape.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration and/or engagement between CAP Action and its partners, including pitching content for promotion on social media, video collaborations, event opportunities, messaging strategy, and more.
• Support management of a robust online community of more than 300 progressive partners.
• Manage specified partnerships, serving as the lead point of contact and ensuring a strong relationship is established and maintained.
• Identify new potential partners and ways to expand and deepen CAP Action’s work with both progressive political and nonpolitical voices.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices for digital content and distribution.
• Share feedback from and among partners on content performance, effective tactics, and emerging needs.
• Support the planning and execution of events and trainings for partners.
• Track and report out on metrics and progress.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Requirements and qualifications:
