Your Role:
Based in San Francisco, CRI is a top tier commercial furnishings consultancy focused on excellence in workplace strategy and design. The Project Manager provides overall project management for on-going corporate accounts (as required) as well as short- and long-term projects from inception to final close out. The role oversees, manages and coordinates all aspects of a project, from product specification, design consultation, budget management, and installation logistics and close-out. Summary of Responsibilities:
• Primary contact for all project related communications

• Communicate with customer to obtain information regarding status of drawings, engineering, and expected completion dates for upcoming projects. Update internal tools and software with necessary information and status of each project
• Maintain database records by inputting correspondence in the database for historical record keeping. (i.e. email, record of phone calls, project notes)
• Provide necessary project information, guidance, and drawings from customer for engineering and drafting's use
• Provide quotes to customers per job specifications using price list
• Coordinate with outside vendors for delivery of materials and execution of outsourced projects
