The Role

The Operations Analytics Manager will use data analytics to identify opportunities and execute changes throughout operations driving innovation and optimization. You will be responsible for developing and deploying data driven strategies and insights for Operations. You will identify KPIs, develop reporting/forecasting/models across Operating functions like sales, service, collections, etc. ensuring we are measuring the right metrics and driving the right business decisions. In this role, you will partner with business owners to pursue analytical opportunities and uncover insights to inform change. You will serve a leader on amongst the team partnering with the Business Operations, Risk, Legal, Marketing and Engineering to streamline processes and deliver against projects.

Problems You Will Solve
• Independently identify opportunities to drive efficiency in operational processes and be comfortable creating proposals on how to address the opportunities identified
• Design and execute tests having clear success metrics, be able to provide synthesized analysis of the results and manage solutions into production
• Work cross functionally to shepherd projects from ideation into production working across Legal, Risk, Ops Teams, Product, Engineering to ensure efficiencies are realized
• Develop and maintain procedures for tracking data sources, data lineage, data quality, completeness, redundancy vs replication, data dictionary, data models, metadata and master data
• Lead Projects that enhance our customer experience and financial performance
• Drive improvements across Prosper data ecosystems, leverage our new cloud-based data stores (Google Cloud Platform) and partner closely with Business Intelligence groups to migrate/maintain standardized data sources leveraged across all of Operations

About You
• Experience with analyzing data and deploying strategies within collections (preferred)
• Familiarity with analytical techniques, including trend analysis, forecasting, and experiment design
• Ability to work autonomously and make critical decisions independently. Proven communication and collaboration skills; willingness to take the initiative to contribute beyond basic responsibilities
• Continuously develop and demonstrate improved analysis methodologies
• 5+ years of operations analytics experience at a financial services or technology company
• Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Data Analysis with an emphasis in building data pipelines
• Experience with Github and Bitbucket or similar source control mechanisms/tools (preferred)
• Ability to write/guide others writing complex SQL to perform common types of data extraction and manipulation
• A passion for solving complex problems in operations and an ability to create and execute test plans in a complex / dynamic environment
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Highly-attentive to detail, extremely thorough and accurate
• Ability to lead highly collaborative, cross functional initiatives and work independently, highly-adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively and stay connected with remote teams
• Familiarity with analytical techniques, including trend analysis, forecasting, and experiment design

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Prosper, you will leverage your skillset to improve the software development lifecycle processes. You will participate in designing and implementing the next generation of platform in the cloud infrastructure, and monitoring/alerting platform. The Role

As the first peer to peer lending marketplace in the United States, Prosper has a history of innovation. The successful candidate will join Prosper’s Credit Risk Management Department. The team leverages advanced analytics tools, cutting edge data and techniques to develop credit and fraud strategies that govern automated credit decisions in Prosper’s online marketplace. A Senior Credit Risk Analyst at Prosper can apply advanced statistical techniques, algorithms, and industry tools to develop solutions that predict and prevent credit and fraud risk associated with Prosper's Personal Loan and Credit Cards products. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on analytical skills and a passion for solving problems in innovative, effective ways. The faster, more agile risk strategies keep our marketplace competitive and ensure that we continue to deliver on our mission of advancing financial well-being.

Problems You Will Solve
• Develop credit strategies to improve the credit performance by using data, machine learning models and advanced analytics tools to optimize risk decisions
• Bring innovative/out of the box thinking to make recommendations and to approaching/solving problems
• Design A/B tests and understand the risk-return trade-offs

About You
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or Economics
• 2+ years in performing data management and analytics. Experience managing credit risk and/or fraud and/or data science in consumer lending industry, consumer credit card experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have strong proficiency in SQL, R coding languages. Knowledge of Python, Tableau and Knowledge Seeker is a plus
• Strong communication skills – ability to communicate technical subject matter clearly and succinctly to other team members and Senior Management team
• Knowledge and experience of segmentation, statistical procedures, and financial analytic tools are required

You will play a critical role in the Operations Program Management team. The Role

We are seeking a talented product and regulatory lawyer to join our legal department. This role will report to the Assistant General Counsel - Regulatory. You will join a fast-paced, collegial, and innovative team, providing legal counsel to Prosper's product, business and operations teams, with a focus on the borrower-side of the business. Prosper was the first U.S. peer-to-peer marketplace lending platform and is one of the largest fintech platforms in the U.S.

• Serve as an advisor to the business on legal issues relating to the credit card and home equity products, including funnel flow, marketing, and servicing operations.

Problems you will solve
• Prepare accounting entries and account reconciliations for various financial activities including: borrower and investor payables/receivables, revenue/contra-revenue, securitization accounting, loan servicing, and debt sale. See identified discrepancies and issues through to resolution.

The Operations team is seeking a Decision Engine Manager to deliver and implement coding and testing solutions in our decision engines. This new team member will be responsible for the design, testing, and implementation of business rules for all Prospers products. Our manager will need to understand both decision trees and coding logic, as well as imagine boundary cases to verify that all scenarios are considered. This individual will also be responsible for post-implementation monitoring and investigation into unintended system behavior. This is a cross-functional role that engages with product, engineering, risk, and operations teams.

Problems You Will Solve
• Own the implementation and production monitoring of complex credit risk strategies for Prosper products
• Deploy highly complex business rules/configuration changes developed by the business using our decision/rules engine platform
• Ensure execution accuracy via unit, boundary, regression and large batch simulation tests
• Develop highly specialized knowledge of internal platform and databases to help identify and resolve issues
• Monitor upstream and downstream data flows to validate desired business outcomes

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

2 years of experience in an Admissions/Marketing position in healthcare environment

Long term care experience required

Knowledge of Medicare and 3rd party billing

Knowledge of medical terminology

Ability to discuss clinical evaluations with physicians and other care givers within facility

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities of the Director of Admissions include, but are not limited to:

Manage the Center customer flow (referral), admissions process including community sales, referral management, and admission sign-in, through post-admission utilizing the Genesis Core Operating System (PCC).

Meet census goals by working with the center's interdisciplinary team and Genesis HealthCare Area entities to coordinate customer flow into and through the nursing center.

Guide the center sales program which ensures: strong customer, referrer, and payor satisfaction; appropriate market penetration; positive public image; maximization of center QMix and Average Daily Census (ADC) goals.

Build and grow census and quality mix by developing the market and providing prospective patients/responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance in choosing a nursing center.

Develop relationships with a growing base of referral sources, leading to a consistent flow of quality referrals to the center. Majority of time allocated to external sales development.
