Principal Duties And Responsibilities
• Function as a member of the customer business team to help provide a strategic approach to the development of lost time reporting packages for employers
• Completes initial analysis for annual, semi-annual and pre-renewal meetings as well as ad-hoc reporting packages
• Serves as primary resource for pulling, maintaining and storing reporting packages
• Maintain and update analytic services templates
• Provide a variety of reporting and analysis; ad hoc customer reporting, industry analysis, benchmark analysis, industry analysis support for customers, etc.
