Your Team

As a Solutions Implementation Consultant, you will be a key stakeholder in the project team. You will work with:
• A PTC Project/Program manager and his/her client counterpart to establish timeframes, schedules, deliverables, and the cadence of the project.
• PTC or partner Technical Architects to provide and validate solution design and establish key technology directions.
• PTC or partner Consultants and Developers to configure or customize the OOTB software in a fashion that most completely satisfies the client's requirements.
• Client business representatives to deeply understand the required solution functionality necessary to fully satisfy their business requirements.
• Client IT/IS representatives to ensure that the proposed solution follows their established environment, configuration, deployment, and hosting standards.

Your Day-To-Day:
• Support consulting and implementation projects for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Support the definition of client specific solution architectures for ALM; with focus on Application Architecture or Technical Architecture as required
• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and successfully implement solutions with the help of cross-functional teams
• Ensure quality through appropriate methods and software engineering processes

Your Profile:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of ALM or PLM methodologies, processes, and tools
• 1 to 2 years of experience in business processes and collaborating with customers or IT consulting e.g., as a Business Analyst, Software Developer, or Implementation Consultant
• Availability for potential overnight travel, roughly 15% - 20% time
• Experience in internal and/or external customer engagement
• Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing Codebeamer, Windchill RV&S (Integrity), IBM DOORS, or other ALM/PLM tools
• ALM/PLM industry knowledge, e.g., from the automotive industry, automotive supplier industry, aerospace, medical technology, electronics & high-tech, mechanical and plant engineering, etc.
• Familiar with programming languages such as Java, Javascript, HTML5, XML and frameworks such as Spring

PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which include a candidate’s background and experience, in determining salary for a position. Compensation will vary based on these factors, but PTC anticipates the salary range for this position to be between $55,000 - $80,000 USD. The actual pay may be lower or higher depending on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location and may also include the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus.

Job Description
• Provides full administrative support to the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs and the RLT. This includes, but may not be limited to, the independent scheduling of complex, high impact/visibility internal and external meeting requests across multiple time zones, languages and platforms (e.g. face-to-face, teleconferences, videoconferences or other virtual meetings) as may be required. He/She coordinates meetings by the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs, proactively identifies, and schedules, other meetings as necessary. Routinely and proactively manages scheduling conflicts. Meeting planning includes, but may not be limited to:
• Securing internal/external meeting space, ensuring meeting space is properly set up and maintained (e.g. physical space, technology requirements are present and functioning properly), arranging for catering, etc.
• Preparation of meeting materials (including the independent development of PowerPoint slides) and distribution to meeting participants.
• Coordinating meeting logistics and global/domestic travel requirements.
• Processing expense reports.
• May coordinate and liaise with vendors/agencies for meeting planning. This includes, but may not be limited to, scheduling/coordinating agency capability presentations.
• Leverages his/her business understanding and acumen to ensure the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs has the necessary meetings, information, and materials required to support the work performed at an executive level.
• Owns and administers the processing of contracts and finances for the RLT; Duties will include tracking of payments and ensures appropriate reporting with finance.
• Independently captures meeting minutes, creates action items, and distributes as appropriate. Follows up on open issues and action items with team members, internal stakeholders and/or external, third- parties as necessary.
• Responsible for archiving documents and maintaining member access to a Development Teams site.
• Manages the scheduling of candidate interviews, travel arrangements, debrief sessions in support of the team.

• Performs other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by the Head of GRA and the RLT.

Qualifications
• A Diploma or Certificate in a related discipline and a minimum of 8 years of related professional experience OR equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience supporting an executive of the company, ideally within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other, related environment.
• Demonstrated ability to apply business acumen and critical thinking skills to proactively identify, resolve or prevent issues.
• Demonstrated ability to make recommendations and suggestions for administration-related improvements within a function.
• Demonstrated willingness and ability to embrace change and new technology.
• Previous experience supporting multiple team members with complex schedules and programs.

Enterprise Account Executive

Overview:

PTC is seeking an ambitious salesperson to drive new digital transformation sales opportunities in the Midwest US region. This Enterprise Account Executive role will require you to manage and grow assigned installed accounts, and create a large pipeline of business in white-space accounts, primarily within a geographical territory, consisting of large customers. You will work with cross-functional teams to formulate account strategies and bring opportunities to closure on a quarterly basis.

Responsibilities:
• To achieve assigned quota by selling PTC’s complete line of software solutions to companies within targeted vertical markets.
• Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining sales within existing accounts
• Drive the full sales cycle. Lead multiple sales engagements and move the client entirely through a value-based sales process to successful close.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Forecast accurately by maintaining comprehensive opportunity profiles and communicating up-to-date information using Salesforce.com.
• Develop successful relationships with key partners, executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CIO), and departmental managers. Working closely to identify, qualify and close new business opportunities.
• Own your account list and the activity therein.
• Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients; and strategize, present, and demonstrate a tailored technology solution
• Must possess a technical understanding of customer’s business objectives in order to map a strategy consisting of software, training, and implementation as a solution to those business objectives

Skills and Knowledge
• Prior sales responsibility for a minimum of $1 million in revenue and/or ARR; with a consistent, proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota.

• Ability to see how existing customer solutions can be repeated and leveraged within an industry sector.

Experience:

Onshape (www.onshape.com), a PTC SaaS business, is developing a completely new SaaS Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and data management platform for professional mechanical designers and engineers. You will be working within a business unit that uses cutting edge cloud, web, and mobile technologies.

Your impact:
• Increasing revenue productions and quota attainment, growing Onshape’s business
• Driving both transactional-based sales and larger, solution-oriented sales
• Helping the first and only SaaS product design platformgrow in the market

You will be part of an international and energetic team within a multicultural environment where professionals from throughout Europe interact with current & future PTC customers.

Day-To-Day:
• Responsible for sales cycle from cold call to close
• Prospecting and developing new accounts not familiar with Onshape to drive new business and acquire new logos
• Coordinating with Marketing and Strategic Account Executives to develop a territory strategy including target accounts, event planning and digital sales campaigns
• Providing direction to your territory BDR to execute territory strategy
• Responding to inbound inquiries within your territory
• Working with Technical Services Engineers to demonstrate Onshape’s technical capabilities to interested and qualified prospects, and to overcome technical objections throughout the sales process
• Collaboration with Customer Success to expand sales within existing customer accounts
• Developing revenue forecast in coordination with sales leadership
• Quarterly Commits
• Tracking sales process with Salesforce

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
• Strong track record of success in anything you have done
• Exceptional phone and communication skills
• Quick learner, quantitative, highly inquisitive
• Independent worker with a can-do attitude

Preferred Experience:
• 2 year of Inside Sales Experience, preferably in a solution selling environment
• Preferably experience in selling a technical product to an entrenched market

Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for generating revenue for ServiceMax in the assigned territory named accounts. This includes providing feedback on market requirements, product capabilities and future industry development and trends. He/she will manage revenue growth, customer success and renewal rate targets across a book of business, building relationships internally and externally to understand clients’ needs, increase adoption and ensure a positive customer health mitigating the risk of churn. He/she is responsible for a set quote on renewals and license expansion as well as the customer success of the assigned portfolio. He/she is responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships and ensuring we have raving fans in our customers. We truly believe that customers will stay and expand if they are successful and see the value and ROI from the product and investment.

Key Responsibilities
• Carry your own quota that is distinct from the field sales force
• Define and execute regularly updated strategic Account Plans
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Negotiate and manage all aspects of the renewal process
• Ensure the timely adoption of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Track the customer journey, ensure adoption of the software and help our customers reach their desired outcomes from the ServiceMax solution
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly and annual renewal and expansion pipe)
• Gain permission from customers to use their feedback in various forms of reference activities
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed working closely with our support, product and engineering teams
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested

What you will bring to this role

• Shown creative problem-solving skills with strong initiative to identify areas of process improvement and efficiency
• Extensive experience in strategic account management, consulting SaaS businesses, implementation or onboarding with revenue responsibility
• Ability to multitask & manage high volumes of activity & demonstrate measurable results
• Establishes trust and empathy as an advisor to the client; Works collaboratively in pursuit of discovery to define a desired business outcome while also uncovering unknown business outcomes the client has not previously considered
• Perceived obstacles and objections are seen as an opportunity to engage, consult and deliver value
• 10+ years of experience as an account executive selling SaaS Enterprise Software
• Experience in either WFM, CRM or ERP preferred
• Must be able to travel 30-40% -/+ of the time

Business Acumen
• Consults ServiceMax businesses on best practices regarding the use of tools, processes, and systems to track and store intelligence data using digital methods; Able to construct and use data visualization techniques to convey key messages and inform strategic growth decisions.
• Invited by clients to participate in C-level strategic planning sessions to help create solutions related to critical business needs; Leads initiatives to understand and quantify unrealized value in offerings across products, services, and customer segments.
• Routinely seeks out and uses a variety of sources of financial data to obtain relevant industry, company and customer financial data; Can use financial information to formulate insights on the customers' strategy and potential value opportunities.
• Offers sound insights and solutions that show a deep understanding of their business and challenges; Understands underlying causes of failure for self and in broader market and uses learnings to pivot and grow market position and favorably position ServiceMax.
• Able to consistently lead the process to develop winnable strategies; Creatively uses resources to anticipate and solve problems, resulting in innovative solutions that result in customer and ServiceMax satisfaction, and finds alternatives beyond the obvious; Keeps a broad perspective on the customer relationship and potential opportunities to increase customer loyalty.
