• Utilising cloud technology to provide data solutions as part of the modernisation of a large UK Depository

Responsibilities
• Client
• Lead one or more entire engagements which involve designing and implementing enterprise operating models and delivering enterprise transformation change projects to a high standard.
• Ensure the engagements are staffed appropriately, manage day to day issues and deliverables are of the very highest quality.
• Build trusted relationships with the client engagement sponsors and stakeholders.
• Leverage your market network of relationships with our key clients.
• Identify client needs and lead proposals.
• Be responsible for managing the financial aspects and achieving the core business KPIs of the engagement.

• Be a people leader / role model / coach for our consultants and for our clients’ people.
• Be mindful of your own, and support colleagues' well-being.
• Build strong relationships within the UK firm and across member firms.

• Lead one of our client service offerings within Enterprise Transformation focused on Asset Management.
• Contribute to our continued thought leadership to ensure that appropriate solutions are developed for our clients.

• Personal Development
• Maintain an up-to-date skillset and a consistently high and leading-edge market profile attaining a professional qualification.

• Be a subject matter expert in at least 5 areas within asset management and asset servicing and be able to talk confidently across the whole value chain.

Requirements

Joining our team as a Director, we would expect you to have very strong experience of operating model design and large change projects preferably within a consulting environment or leading asset management focused business. You will have been able to demonstrate a track record of high-quality design and delivery success in the work you have undertaken to date and be able to articulate the business benefits of the work.
• Solutions architect with excellent business knowledge across the whole Asset Management value chain - Front Office, Middle Office as well as Back Office - and how all the functions within each are impacted by the core asset management platforms.
• Excellent business and technical knowledge of Asset Management platforms - such as Charles River / State Street ALPHA, BlackRock Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, Bloomberg AIM and Amundi ALTO - as well as strengths & weaknesses, data solutions and market trends of each.
• Excellent track record with the implementation of at least three core Asset Management platforms.
• Excellent track record of Target Operating Model Design and Implementation in relation to platforms implementation, including structured business analysis, functional decomposition, sourcing model, data model, organisational model as well as high level technical architecture.
• Excellent track record of >10 years as a Platform Implementation Programme/Project Manager for large complex asset management projects involving market-leading asset management core systems as well as Stakeholder Management.
• Very strong knowledge of the PMO function, for example, planning, status reporting, SteerCo reporting.

Preferred
• It is likely that your work will be part of wider transformational programmes and hence experience in delivering other competencies (Digital Services, Cloud Transformation, Regulatory) is desirable.
• Experience working in a program management role on a large transformation project in Asset Management such as outsourcing middle/back office to a third party.
• Ideally you will have attained a professional qualification, for example, PRINCE2.
