The Campus Executive Director (CED) is the leader of the Rasmussen University mission, vision, and culture at the campus level. CED ensures all areas are working in concert to expand the reach and achievement of the mission.

Responsibilities:
• Manages performance of the campus' Operations staff and Nurse Administrator, and dotted line management of residential School of Health Sciences (SOHS) and/or Law Enforcement (LE) Coordinators, to ensure all campus areas are working in concert to expand the reach and achievement of the mission and growth of total credits taught at the campus.
• Ensures quarterly goals are achieved, including goals for NCLEX pass rates, program completion rates, enrollment, and fiscal health.
• Responsible for campus reports including, but not limited to, reports related to enrollment, activity, oversight/compliance, admissions, retention, and surveys.
• Participates in the creation and implementation of marketing efforts.
• Maintains regular communication with all campus managers.
• Establishes and maintains relationships and regular communication with shared central services to achieve campus goals.
• Leads development and implementation of the campus' community relations strategy, including, but not limited to, corporate partnerships, healthcare site partnerships (directly managed by Academic Affairs), community & online reputation (e.g. Google Reviews), and relationships with local government, chambers, K-12 & higher education, and community/charitable organizations.
• Manages campus facility needs; collaborates with central facilities team to ensure timely and cost-efficient building maintenance.
• Leads the regular campus management team meetings.
• Leads the regular all-campus team meetings.
• Supports the team effort for campus and University effectiveness and dedication to the continuous improvement process.
• Participates in departmental, campus, University and in-service meetings.
• Is involved in the University's planning and growth by serving on special task forces, HLC committees, and other developmental committees.
• Provides constructive input to assist the University in decision-making and growth.
• Implements and supports policy and procedural changes.
• Maintains a professional image, attitude and work area.

Position Requirements:

Reporting Relationships:

The Admissions Advisor will report to the Director of Admissions and/or an Associate Director of Admissions. The Director of Admissions reports to the Regional Admissions Vice President.

Requirements:
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including one evening (until 8pm) and one Saturday/month hours. This role is currently operating remotely but will return to a hybrid 3 days/onsite model in the future.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; Rasmussen will consider meaningful educational, work and/or military experience in exchange for degree requirements where appropriate
• 1+ years prior sales/consultative selling experience with consistent track record of meeting and/or exceeding metrics preferred; those who have a customer service background will also be highly considered with ability to prove they have a past of being persistent in achieving work related goals/duties.
• Self-driven and comfortable making multiple outbound calls per day (high volume) to generate interest, qualify students and drive the enrollment process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a strong phone presence.
• Passion and enthusiasm for helping and empowering others to succeed.
• Ability to succeed as an individual contributor that can meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under limited direct day to day management.
• Demonstrates ability to leverage internal relationships with other departments to move students through the enrollment process.
• Knowledge in Salesforce a plus.
• Contributes an infectious, positive, can-do attitude to the team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Teaching lecture, laboratory, and clinical practicum courses in the Nursing program as assigned. These courses may be on campus or at off-site clinical partner locations.
• Usage of effective teaching strategies and multiple teaching techniques; teaching and modeling appropriate level learning skills and creating an environment conducive to learning for a diverse student population.
• Creating high levels of student engagement through activities, community building, and student-centered learning including the use of live classroom tools to hold synchronous learning sessions with students.

Compensation, Benefits & Schedule:
• Part-Time flexible campus and clinical-based scheduling which generally consists of 10-15 hours per week/course

Requirements:

• Official transcripts required for each degree earned from an accredited institution
