Responsibilities:
• Manages performance of the campus' Operations staff and Nurse Administrator, and dotted line management of residential School of Health Sciences (SOHS) and/or Law Enforcement (LE) Coordinators, to ensure all campus areas are working in concert to expand the reach and achievement of the mission and growth of total credits taught at the campus.
• Ensures quarterly goals are achieved, including goals for NCLEX pass rates, program completion rates, enrollment, and fiscal health.
• Responsible for campus reports including, but not limited to, reports related to enrollment, activity, oversight/compliance, admissions, retention, and surveys.
• Participates in the creation and implementation of marketing efforts.
• Maintains regular communication with all campus managers.
• Establishes and maintains relationships and regular communication with shared central services to achieve campus goals.
• Leads development and implementation of the campus' community relations strategy, including, but not limited to, corporate partnerships, healthcare site partnerships (directly managed by Academic Affairs), community & online reputation (e.g. Google Reviews), and relationships with local government, chambers, K-12 & higher education, and community/charitable organizations.
• Manages campus facility needs; collaborates with central facilities team to ensure timely and cost-efficient building maintenance.
• Leads the regular campus management team meetings.
• Leads the regular all-campus team meetings.
• Supports the team effort for campus and University effectiveness and dedication to the continuous improvement process.
• Participates in departmental, campus, University and in-service meetings.
• Is involved in the University's planning and growth by serving on special task forces, HLC committees, and other developmental committees.
• Provides constructive input to assist the University in decision-making and growth.
• Implements and supports policy and procedural changes.
• Maintains a professional image, attitude and work area.
• Remains current in field through professional development such as: workshops, conferences, and/or course work.
Position Requirements:

Rasmussen University is currently seeking an Examination Proctor for our Nursing Program. This is a part-time, campus-based position that averages 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in administering written, and computer-based exams.
Knowledge of:
• Policies and procedures of test administration
• Customer service techniques for public contact in person and on the telephone
• Basic recordkeeping procedures
• Follow written and oral instructions
• Give clear and concise instructions
• Meet and deal with the public in a tactful and courteous manner while enforcing examination
Rules and procedures:
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Keep information confidential
• Maintain accurate records
• Learn general and specialized software applications
Typical Duties:
• Distribute examination materials to candidates.
• Monitor test rooms and help to enforce time limits and compliance with other examination procedures including the taking of fingerprints and arranging the seating of candidates.
• Answer questions concerning examination procedures, discrepancies in test booklets, and other routine matters.
• Collect, check, and count examination materials.
• Report rule violations and/or unusual occurrences during examinations to supervisor.
• Check candidates' identification.
• Notify appropriate personnel when test equipment malfunctions occur.
• May score examinations and input data into exam databases.
• May serve as a receptionist at performance tests and interviews.
• May read routine instructions to candidates.
• May transport highly confidential test materials from one location to another.
• May perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, processing correspondence, maintaining files, and distributing mail.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
Education, certifications and Licensures:
• Minimum of High School Diploma required
• Experience facilitating group activities preferred
• Experience using computer-based programs and comfortable working with basic technology

• Work collaboratively across program, school, and campus in order to maximize community clinical relationships for Rasmussen stakeholders.
• Participate in campus, community and professional events to represent Rasmussen University to students, professional organizations, community partners, and other relevant constituencies within the communities.
Student Support (25%)
• Assist students with clarification of clinical attendance requirements of the program.
• Maintain and monitor active, clinical partnership agreements in order to ensure sustained and non-interrupted student access to sites. Work collaboratively with the Rasmussen legal and compliance team to ensure a going concern of contracts and agreements.

Requirements:
