The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for leading, planning and implementing the HO Workplace Project (65MP) to meet the overall project objectives. 65MP is a large scale and complex construction project spanning 5 years with a budget of $300 million and involves two significant components; the upgrade of the base building to current day compliance and sustainability standards and to renew the workspace for the next generation workforce. Platform Engineering is made up of small teams of 6 or 7 engineers who work on a project or an area of BAU. Our team members receive training to grow in the areas they are less knowledgeable in, as well as opportunities to move between teams to get more diverse experience and broaden their skills. Each team has a lead who answers to the Manager of Platform Engineering.
