Position Summary...

Responsible for profitable revenue generation of our Vendor Accounts and meeting/exceeding revenue targets. Work closely with Director of Hotel Performance to develop strategies and plans that grow profitable business throughout our fleet. Oversee the execution of Sales and Marketing activities between Royal Caribbean International and our vendor accounts. Communicate with other departments for support of strategies and initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with brand OBR, operational, and finance teams to set monthly, annual, and quarterly targets related to assigned accounts.
• Manage and monitor account and ship performance against targets, forecast, and contractual minimums, identifying drivers and risks.
• Establish, build, and maintain global relationships with assigned Royal Caribbean Vendor Accounts.
• Negotiate Onboard Revenue contracts for assigned accounts to attain revenue/growth goals.
• Manage account performance to exceed Onboard Revenue growth target for the division.
• Work with partners to review channel, product, pricing, promotional, and sq ft performance.
• Generate innovative ideas which will bring new business development to Onboard Revenue.
• Evaluate and identify revenue generating opportunities and the sourcing/mix of revenue to grow our most profitable channels. Identify and assess opportunities to accelerate App revenue growth.
• Oversee implementation of initiatives related with assigned account.

• Interact regularly with all levels of our partners organization (from Presidents to Managers) as well as all levels of shipboard and shoreside management.
• Managers will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management and may cover any revenue partner account during their tenure. Will be required to manage and supervise minimum of two vendor accounts at one time.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Supervises employees, communicating with, motivating, training and evaluating employees and planning and directing employees' work. Review performance of planned work with Field Supervisors and Maintenance Manager - Field Operations considering adjustments necessary to handle unforeseen circumstances. Reviews recorded data and compare actual performance with the performance standards. Prepare graphs, charts, reports for special projects, such as overtime, annual resource plan, etc., as directed by the Maintenance Program Engineer and staff.

Reviews crew reports to assure proper recording of work accomplished by maintenance crews. Serve as the primary point of contact for the special project numbers during storm events and governor declared emergencies.

Perform work in accordance with the performance standards listed in the Maintenance Management Manual.

Recommends necessary steps to improve future performance through evaluation of crew work methods and then makes recommendations to the Maintenance Manager - Field Operations for training needs. Performs studies with the District Maintenance Management Systems Manager and Central Office personnel as necessary.

Updates the Roadway Characteristics Inventory and submits revisions to District Maintenance Management Systems Manager for review and further processing.

Serves as unit's computer lead user. Provides technical assistance with computer, printer and mainframe problems. Installs computer hardware and software. Coordinates the installation of computer hardware and software. Coordinates the installation of computer data lines necessary for mainframe operation. Provides computer budget needs for unit.

Oversees the field inspection of roadway signs and field collection data for roadway characteristics inventory.

Serves as the public records coordinator for the unit. Ensures that public records requests are compiled and provided in a timely manner.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of and the ability to understand and implement the policies and procedures pertaining to the maintenance management system. Knowledge of and the ability to perform evaluations of crew work methods. Knowledge of and the ability to review crew reports to assure proper recording of work accomplished by maintenance crews. Skill in reviewing the recorded data to compare actual performance with the performance standards. Skill in the use of a personal computer and department software such as database programs. Skill in the accurate entry of data into department databases. Ability to plan, prepare, and present information to a large group using power point. Ability to serve on various task teams and committees effectively. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other work groups within the Department and other state agencies. Ability to work with area engineers in reviewing performance of planned work as scheduled according to performance standards. Ability to effectively supervise subordinate employees.

OTHER JOB RELATED REQUIREMENTS: Due to the nature of this position, incumbent must respond to emergencies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A High School Diploma or Certificate of High School Equivalency and Class E Driver's License.
