In this role you will:

Meet and exceed sales and engagement plan targets by building relationships with clients based on proper expectations and a mapped path to client success
• Manage a book of business from onboarding to contract initiation: account start-up, technical support, conflict resolution, quarterly reviews, account optimization, and upsells
• Works closely with clients to facilitate activity from new member to sponsor to ensure growth and success of a managed book of business
• Effectively communicates company value proposition and offerings to client
• Support the launch or expanded availability of both new and core markets via cold-calling and relationship-building based on company directives
• The ideal candidate will not only achieve sales and engagement targets but will also act as a client advocate and partner for sustained client loyalty

$50,000 to $65,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission and Benefits
All offered salaries are based on many factors, including experience in a similar role and geographic location of the candidate.

• Prepare journal entries and complete account reconciliations for payroll-related accounts.
• Manage accounts payable, including vendor set-up, review, and monthly reconciliation
• Manage fixed assets, including the creation of assets, disposals, and reconciliation
• Assist in preparation of management financial reporting and budget/forecast
• Support international expansion efforts and consolidation activities
• Assist with development, documentation, and implementation of new accounting policies, internal controls, and procedures.
• Assist in improving financial and reporting processes and systems to support evolving business needs.
• Various ad hoc projects as requested

About You:

This role requires someone detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as our company continues to grow and expand. We are looking for someone who can work independently and has strong analytical skills.

You may be the right fit if you have:
• 3+ years of professional accounting experience, 4-5 preferred
• Familiarity with payroll accounts and related tax and deduction compliance
• Understanding of GAAP
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets)
• Experience with NetSuite desired (not required)
