About The Role...

The Director, R&D Business Operations is a highly strategic and facilitative role that requires focus and flexibility, be a trusted advisor for Executives. The role requires a highly inventive individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
• Manage Business Planning and budgeting for entire R&D on an ongoing basis
• Lead Annual and Quarterly operational planning tying business objectives to operational plan, identify gaps and secure funding.

Job Scope:
• Create and update various assets for industry leading product launches - datasheet, pitch deck, FAQs
• Help build key target segment list and core messaging to drive demand for new product launches working in tandem with demand generation, vertical and integrated campaign team
