Summary
The department's primary purpose is to identify and execute acquisition opportunities to enhance the financial performance of the Company. The Group Director Corporate Development will work closely with the Finance team and have responsibilities across a broad range of M&A related functions.

Essential Functions
• Act in the role of general contractor for acquisition transactions, ensuring that deliverables from team members are met on time and that their work product is accurate
• Develop detailed plans with strong interpersonal and negotiating skills to work with internal and external people coming from a wide variety of backgrounds and expertise
• Develop strategies and execute business plan

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required Related field
• Master's degree preferred MBA
• Ten (10) years or more business development experience including a record of closed successful deals required
• Ten (10) years or more proven success in building cross-functional and external relationships required
• Ten (10) years or more Proven M&A experience with substantive transaction experience gained at a public company or banking institution required
Travel: 10-20%
Applicants from California, Colorado, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York City & Washington:
Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or certifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $175k to $200k.
Salaries may be supplemented with a bonus as applicable and/or as business conditions allow.

Summary
The Senior Manager Logistics provides leadership for the Distribution Center and supervisors, who are directly responsible for turn key warehousing and transportation solutions. The incumbent will have and maintain high level interface directly with the customer on a regular basis.
The position onsite work schedule is projected to be first shift, Monday-Friday. Occasional Saturdays and evenings may be expected.

• Interface directly with the customer to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation.
• Identify and/or solve operational issues with the account(s) by implementing continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives, to strengthen team unity, goals, productivity and results.
• Hire, supervise, develop and manage performance for employees and maintain a positive employee relations environment at assigned account(s).
• Maintain open and effective communications within the work group(s) and with other work groups within the organization. Review data, identify and implement necessary actions as required.
• May manage the profit and loss statements based on the complexity and scope of the organization.
• Lead a proactive safety program within the work group(s) consistent with company policy in order to provide a safe and secure work environment. Instruct and enforce location safety management plans, training and processes. Monitor the maintenance of equipment for assigned work group(s) by using checklists and observations as required.

Summary
Under the responsibility of the Manager, the Outbound Supervisor is responsible to supervise, coordinate and oversee the logistics operations and provide coaching, development and training to the staff members. The successful candidate must be able to provide recommendations for improvements to the facility, equipment, machinery, and processes. They will be accountable that the staff is performing to standard and has to ensure that progress is made to achieve the business objectives.
Essential Functions
• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations;
• Plan and review, in collaboration with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes, ensuring that they meet the company standards and customer service specifications
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of the workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics
• Accountable for site Key Performance Indication (KPI)
• Working in collaboration with customer in all aspect of operations
• Meet regularly with team members collectively, as well as on an individual basis to monitor progress towards meeting objectives, track performance, coach and counsel as well as recognizing team and individual successes
• Cultivate team spirit with a Diversity and Inclusion initiative and promote cooperation by seeking opportunities to improve internal processes
• Carry out performance evaluations of the team members and recommend performance awards and/or merit increases when appropriate
• Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary process
• Understand labor agreement and maintain positive labor relations with all employees
• Responsible for implementation of health & safety and security initiatives, practices and behaviors and adherence to company rules and policies
• Provide appropriate orientation for employees and Lead Hands and give them the information, technology and any material necessary to perform their jobs

Summary
