Verify your experience / reputation via a 10-20 minute interview process, in the event that we are not able to verify this information internally.
Pass a Worldwide / National Background Check, upon acceptance into the program. Complete the Area Scouts Training, prior to working with our athletes.
As an Area Scouts Evaluator, you will be responsible for : Working with youth athletes, of all ages, some of which are currently onboard the Area Scouts platform, and some of which are interested in joining the Area Scouts platform, in or around your territory.
Athletes under the age of 16 require parental consent to join the program Maintaining relationships, and working with local and national sports organizations and sports facilities, that are in or around your area, or that have been assigned to you by the Area Scouts Operations Team.
Weekly Responsibilities, as an Area Scouts Evaluator : Make initial contact with the athletes / parents, as they come onboard the platform.
Identify the athlete's needs, maintain consistent contact, and assist as needed. Direct the athlete / parents to the development calendar (located on the platform), where they will book a day / time that works around both of your schedules.
Business / Athlete volume may require some flexibility in your schedule. On the date of the scheduling, you will meet the athletes / parents in person, conduct the initial Area Scouts B.
A.S.E. Evaluation™, along with any subsequent evaluations which were requested upon evaluation / event scheduling. Depending on each athletes individual results from their specific Sport, Position, and Skillset evaluations, the athletes will receive INSTRUCTIONS and / or individual CORRECTIVE MEASURES through their Area Scouts Profile Dashboard or *Mobile Application.
The INSTRUCTIONS / CORRECTIVE MEASURES that are delivered to the individual athletes have been designed and created by the Area Scouts Team Of Sports Advisors and Directors, specifically to address each individual athlete's needs.

Business / Athlete volume may require some flexibility in your schedule. On the date of the scheduling, you will meet the athletes / parents in person, conduct the initial Area Scouts B.
A.S.E. Evaluation™, along with any subsequent evaluations which were requested upon evaluation / event scheduling. Depending on each athletes individual results from their specific Sport, Position, and Skillset evaluations, the athletes will receive INSTRUCTIONS and / or individual CORRECTIVE MEASURES through their Area Scouts Profile Dashboard or *Mobile Application.
The INSTRUCTIONS / CORRECTIVE MEASURES that are delivered to the individual athletes have been designed and created by the Area Scouts Team Of Sports Advisors and Directors, specifically to address each individual athlete's needs.
This, combined with your knowledge and experience, will give your athletes the best chance to stay healthy, and to compete consistently at every level.

Principal Duties:
1.Works with ITPS Engineering Team to define parameters, procedures and standards used to create a robust and stable Cloud services strategy and implementations within the Enterprise. Works with the ITPS Engineering team to link company strategy to the Enterprise structure and functions that leverage cloud based services and technologies and helps make necessary changes work within the organization, including driving and making changes work, managing resistance and "buy-in", and follow through to ensure such modifications become standard operating procedure.
2.Serves as the primary designer and architect for Enterprise Cloud systems and services. Understands unique differences in customer/departmental needs.
3.Provides leadership to project teams, and facilitates the definition of project deliverables around core Cloud based technology and methods. Researches, identifies and develops solution pathways to business challenges and standards for implementation of those from a cloud services and security implementation perspective.
4.Defines tracking mechanisms and ensures IT standards and methodology are met; manages expectations and project scope; appropriately reports status; delivers quality results. Maintain support documentation with up to date processes and procedures and continually reviews priorities and makes decisions on things that are most critical to the organization.
5.Translates complex Functional Specifications to detail Technical Designs regarding the Enterprise cloud architecture/services and security requirements. Provide input, guidance and recommendations on Technical Designs developed by other team members.
6.Develops creative solutions for complex enhancements and implementations. Provides resources and guidance to achieve objectives and solicits input from team members to design systems that allow Wawa to retain its technological edge and success in the market.
7.Technical consultant for the team and internal business teams; Serves as an expert in technical field of knowledge.
8.Engages with others (internal/external) to share best practices, information, and experiences. Works with group to define norms and ground rules and ensures they are respected and followed.
9.Works with external teams to establish performance baselines; Define monitor systems performance and tuning for peak performance for data traffic and security within all aspects of the extended and external cloud resources where possible.
10.Develops and coaches organization on technical components, particularly around Amazon Web Servers, but others as well Providers (i.e. AWS, Google, AT&T, Verizon, Microsoft), concepts(ie. SES, RC2, S3, CloudFront, CloudFormation, VPC, ELB, Auto Scaling, DirectConnect, Route 53, SNS, SDKs and IDE kits, SQS, etc.).
11.Develops necessary documentation for any modified or develop components, software and processes/procedures.
12.Engages with Engineering team and other ITPS departments to establish appropriate security models for enhancements and changes as well as training downstream support personnel on technology components.
13.Works with IT and outside vendors to resolve technology challenges in a proactive manner. Develops and maintains processes and procedures and standard operating procedures as appropriate.
14.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
15.Coaches and mentors other team members in their development and implementation of LAN/WAN technologies; provides constructive suggestions as to recommended processes, procedures and templates.
