Position Description:
CGI is looking for a Sailpoint Technical Lead who can own, oversee, and drive the strategy of development, implementation, assessment, and support of multiple IAM (Identity & Access Management) applications, their environments, and platforms.
•With little or no supervision, coordinate and lead agile / waterfall project development teams to design, develop and implement new enhancements, updates, and code fixes for applications within the IDM (Identity & Access Management) domain.
•Work closely with Enterprise Architects, Security and IAM Architects, Business Analysts, Business Technology Managers, Project Managers, production support teams, quality assurance teams and infrastructure teams to architect and design solutions that meet the KeyBank enterprise and security standards.
•Oversee day to day development activities of delivery teams and reports issues and concerns to stakeholder is a timely fashion.
•Oversee implementation into production and transition to support teams.
•Assist with critical production issues within the application space as needed.
Future duties and responsibilities
• Independently develops and sets best practices for developing clean, maintainable, testable code for work assigned and performs code reviews for all levels of engineers.
• Drives and architects the overall health, performance, availability, and resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.
• Serves as the deep technical expert on the team, owns training program for junior engineers and mentors junior members on the team.
• Evaluates and makes decisions on new technologies and how they fit into the product solutions.
• Applies, and ensures proper security standards are followed for code development.
• Displays outward thinking, develops strategies for the full software development life-cycle of new and emerging technologies, demonstrates their viability, recommended technologies, maintain budget constraints, and ensure communication and awareness of implemented technology.
• Creates, reviews, and approves technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts with Sr Engineers.
• Recommends standards and best practices across the entire bank for IDM technology.
• Define high-level application platform architectural guidelines and articulate reasoning and trade-offs for choices to business owners.
• Deep understanding of the business, drives, formulates and designs complex solutions to anticipate and meet business needs.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Bachelor's Degree with at least 7 years of experience in software application development and IDM space
• Working knowledge of IDM production like SailPoint, Active Directory and Okta
• Expert in web application development using Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and Micro Services
• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS or Azure would be a plus
• Proficiency with relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle
• Experience with messaging technologies like MQ and Kafka would be a plus.
• Experience with web services development with REST and SOAP interfaces.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure components like Windows and Linux servers, Big IP load balancers, Dynatrace or other application monitoring tools.

Position Overview
Responsible for daily operational support for all aspects of the SailPoint IIQ application. Assist the SailPoint developer in the design, development, modification, testing, adaption, and/or implementation of short- and long-term software solutions to business and technology needs. Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software solutions. Works independently in a fast paced environment on issues of the highest complexity.
This role will include assisting in application integrations partnering with IAM Analysts, Application Owners, and business partners to gather requirements to integrate applications to align with Life Cycle Management, Access Requests, Roles and Access Reviews.
What You’ll Do
Provide subject matter expertise in all areas of SailPoint IIQ:
• Provide daily support of the SailPoint IIQ application
• Assists with software design services typically in a defined highly complex project(s)
• Conducts a wide range of highly complex quality control tests and analyses to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements
• Reviews and develops improvements to system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software solutions
• Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented
• Establishes improvements to increase efficiency
• Revises and approves test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and Technology strategy

General Support of the SailPoint application and other Identity and Access Management tools:
• Ensures that system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved

• Assist with the implementation of Identity Management system automation and audit workflows in SailPoint and other applications
• Provide technical experience automating processes related to Identity Management and Risk Analysis
