Salary: Up to $65,000 per annum plus benefits

Location: US Based – Hybrid (East Coast preferred)

As a small team, our client relies heavily on data and technology to help them provide top-notch service and support to their members.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor end-user usage of systems and perform daily administrative and user support tasks.
• Maintain CRM including updates, enhancements, creating automations, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, managing system duplicates, and ensuring the quality of data is second to none.

Skills:
• Solid understanding of SF basics
• Use of NPSP or Non Profit Success Pack
• Ideally have Tableau and Pardot experience, automations and flows, and a great understanding of third party apps.

Culture:
• Great, friendly and encouraging culture that are absolutely focused on data integrity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Support users including log-in, technical issues, enhanced functionality requests, and provisioning of new users with effective management of object and record level access
• Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for users of database systems. Understand the responsibilities and processes for internal stakeholders to support UX improvements and training needs
• Assist in training of new user onboarding and rollouts of new or updated features and tools
• Assist with auditing and executing security and data integrity projects
• Prepare and perform data uploads/exports
• Support and train Delegated Admins in their role

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• College degree in sales, marketing, business systems or equivalent work experience
• Salesforce Admin Certification 201 required
• One to three years of experience working in a similar position
• Proficiency in administration of core Salesforce functions and Lightning UI, e.g. user management, roles and permissions, custom objects and fields, page layouts, custom fields, approval processes, Flow, etc.
• Experience with Force.com and Custom Object Architecture preferable
• Proficient in MS Office products to include Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
• Experience with Hubspot and Propertybase preferable
• Experience with Google Workspace preferable
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong technical skills and mindset to leverage database and workflow-oriented software

SKILLS:
• Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task.
• Ability to deliver high quality work, quickly, in a dynamic organization under pressure.

• This position is a work on-site position in our Travelers Rest office. Following 90 days a Hybrid Schedule with ~20% remote will be considered.
