We work with early-to-mid stage tech companies who don’t yet have a need for an FTE and give them access to a... team with a full spectrum of skills. We’re essentially operations support on demand.
This dynamism means that we get to see a high volume of the day-to-day challenges our customers face mixed in with long-term projects.
The right person for this role should be able to handle any of these questions with ease:
• How can I build a dashboard in SFDC to understand my sales funnel?
• What are some best practices when managing duplicates?
• We’re struggling with approval processes, opps, quotes, what should we be thinking about?
• We’ve been on hubspot, how do we migrate to SFDC?
When describing our ideal candidate we’re looking for the following:
• Can lead a client onsite solo with a team of Sales and Sales Ops leaders
• Has been a sales operator with direct SFDC experience
• Organized and capable of managing many concurrent projects
• Can speak to the problems B2B tech companies face with sales, marketing, customer success and sales ops.
• Able to build and maintain relationships with customers, in any capacity
• If you’ve read this far, you can tell that we’re expecting quite a bit out of this person. It’s a really critical hire and we want to measure twice and cut once.
Why you’ll love working at Kicksaw:
• Get in on the ground floor of a growing company with a clear vision to scale in 2022
• Amazing benefits including: Health benefits, unlimited PTO, 401(k), professional development, technology stipend, social activities, and more!

Do you love technology and are persistent in your drive to find the best possible solution? Do you thrive in an environment where new challenges are the norm? Are you interested in connecting SFDC to 3rd party data sources? Do you like to roll up your sleeves and get cracking on in-depth business problems? If you answered yes to these questions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to... join the Kicksaw team!
As integration specialists, we understand Salesforce as a platform. But we often find ourselves reaching for tools/services outside the SFDC ecosystem to solve particularly challenging data problems. Sometimes we're working on projects that don't involve Salesforce at all!
We are engineers first who flex our Salesforce skills when required. As one of the first few engineering hires on a team of 60+ revenue and marketing operations professionals, your day will be filled with tech challenges. You will help shape the foundation of the culture as we double in size over the next year.
What the Developer 3 will be doing:
• Integrations Engineering: 80%
• Building triggers and related apex code
• Front end development work including LWC, declarative Experience Cloud work, and (rarely) aura work
• Leading PDO efforts to help design/build client’s dream salesforce apps
• Code Reviews
• Jr. Developer Mentoring/Support
• Internal tech development: contributing to and maintaining open-source libraries used throughout most projects
• Python Cooperation: 10%
• Interact with Python engineers to develop API-based solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Train on microservices concepts so that you can support microservices teams
• Technical Analyst, Integrations: 10%
• Review architecture suggested by Solution Architect. Review data provided by client
• Produce mapping documents notating field mappings, required fields, business rules, and edge cases
• Produce process flow diagrams, ERDs, and upstream documentation for client and downstream docs for developers
The right candidate will have:
• Extensive industry experience
• Extensive team lead experience managing sprints, stand-ups, code reviews
• Examples of working in a team environment using git and other workflow tools like issues, CICD, documentation systems, etc.
• SFDC professional-level certification or experience
• Mastery of software development fundamentals like automated testing, code quality and best practices. Is willing to teach/share this knowledge
• Has managed and maintained CICD systems
• Front-end web-development experience is a plus
• Strong written, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Why you will love working at Kicksaw:
• Get in on the ground floor of a growing company with a clear vision to scale in 2022 • Awesome benefits that include: Health benefits, unlimited PTO, 401(k) match, professional development, technology stipend, social activities, and more!
• Work with curious, knowledgeable, and adventurous team members who enjoy their work, and are passionate about what they do.
At Kicksaw, we are projecting substantial growth in 2022 and we’ll need great leaders to get there. If you’re sure that this role speaks to you and you want to work with a company that’s fully remote, committed to supporting veterans, and focused on quality of life then please apply!
About Kicksaw:
Salesforce implementations, minus the headache. We’re all about forward-thinking, savvy solutions, done right the first time. It’s innovation the way you always dreamed it could be.
Kicksaw is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, parental or pregnancy status, marriage and civil partnership, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Reasonable accommodations will be made to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and will be provided as requested by candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.
