POSITION SUMMARY: A Production II associate is responsible for multiple duties including Restock, Checking and Picking orders. Demonstrated and sustained accuracy and production standards in Restock, Checking and Picking have been satisfied.
• Maintain safe, neat, and clean work area by adhering to SanMar safety regulations.
• Responsible for checking out equipment and returning it in same condition.
• In the restock function great customer service must be provided by quickly and accurately restocking product into designated locations as directed by a voice or radio frequency unit.
• In the checking function quick and efficient inspection and audit is required of outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal the orders, and direct completed orders to be invoiced and shipped.
• In the picking function quick and accurate picking of product is required. Orders are picked from designated locations and placed into cartons that are on a pre-built pick cart. This is done by direction of a voice or Radio Frequency unit.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to walk and stand. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, handle or feel, to pull/push cart with product, grasp and perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motions. The employee is frequently required to climb, kneel/squat, bend and carry. The employee occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds, and seldom lifts and/or moves up to 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work environment is moderately noisy. The employee is occasionally required to work near conveyor systems. There is exposure to dust and changes in weather conditions.
