• Ability to identify risks that are not easily visible to those with less overall knowledge.
• The person in this role needs to be able to take the changes in laws, rules, and regulations to identify changes required to existing processes, create new processes, and be able to provide strong guidance and expertise as these changes are developed, tested, and executed.
• Experienced in quality assurance, issue management, background in managing service level agreements, Change Management, and prior experience with training content development.
