Prepares ER requests and reimbursement claims, performs invoice review and submission, conducts vendor service reviews, and participates in contract negotiations. Oversee offshore imaging activities Interacting with offshore manger and team to resolve batch, indexing, set-up and connection issues with Datacap; Review audit results; correct imaging errors and conduct training sessions as necessary. Maintain Mailroom Sharepoint application providing user access and performing system updates as necessary. Maintains and manages Santander’s 37 post office boxes, caller services, permit mail and mail delivery at 7 locations. Coordinates the payment and prefunding of the company’s $1.2 mil annual postage expense. Maintains company access and approves associate requests to Fedex shipping, Print and Mail Secure Document folders, and Imaging reports. Participates and acts as mailroom SME for internal and external regulatory reviews and audits. Other Functions: Full time in office Monday-Friday Special projects as requested. Performs other duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Two (2) to four (4) years customer service and/or collections experience. Three (3) to five (5) years management experience. Must have advanced understanding of mailroom activities, such as document indexing and imaging, incoming and outgoing mail process, printing, scanning, and mailing out.
