Purpose and Objective:
Ariba, Inc. seeks a Technology Senior Consultant at our Alpharetta, GA location to act as a trusted cloud technical solutions advisor to support technical architecture and interface set up discussions to assess and confirm complex supply chain integrations.

Expectations and Tasks:
Develop technical presentations that outline possible technical configurations or integration options for SAP Ariba cloud offerings. Produce integration feasibility analysis artifacts that capture underlying technical challenges or risks associated with integration components for each of the solution options presented. Propose, conceptualize, design and implement solutions that involve complex integrations between SAP Ariba cloud offerings and other popular ERP systems available in the market. Produce industry best practices white papers that detail complex technical challenges, business use cases, common problems, possible solution approaches and comprehensive assessments. Collaborate with various technical delivery services teams to identify technology improvements needed to solve technical challenges or common pain points across customers. Participate in meetings with Product and Innovation teams to prepare for future product releases. Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

POSITION SUMMARY:
The SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program is a multi-year undergraduate rotational program that is designed to employ students over internships or co-ops, with the ultimate goal being full-time employment and integration with SAP upon graduation. This is a global program that runs in 12 different countries with over 1,000 students enrolled. The STAR program allows students to get hands-on experience and rotate between multiple lines of businesses such as SAP’s Internal IT (internal IT support), Customer Success Organization (software support, consulting and field services), Enterprise Analytics (sales analytic support), Software Development and Custom Development (custom solutions for customers). Selected students will be eligible to complete an international rotation of their choice at one of over 200 worldwide office locations.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
STAR students first receive a full range of formal training on SAP’s core technology stack and soft skills, prior to entering their specific department. Students are expected to commit to full-time employment when on break from their university and part-time during their academic terms (10 hours per week minimum during part-time).
Top performers who successfully graduate from the university will be well-positioned for full-time employment in one of the appropriate areas of the business at SAP. About the team:
Our Operations team supports Cloud Success Services North America, with team members based in several cities throughout the U.S. As a close-knit team we work collaboratively as necessary to ensure that every team member gets the support they need to be successful.
Location: Remote/Newtown Square, PA
Expected start date: March 1, 2023 or earlier
Contract Duration: 6 or 12 months duration; 40 hours per week
Open to Remote / Virtual: Yes, but located in the Greater Philadephia area
In this role, you’ll:
• Support certain day-to-day business processes required to deliver and recognize revenues and margins for partner-related services business throughout North America, and also perform other important administrative tasks in support of NA Services Operations.
• Using our Harmony system, ensure the correct administration of Deal Quality Reviews, a key step in our Deal Execution process.
• Perform other back-office administrative tasks, including creating Internal Orders, completing Internal Order staffing list requests, and managing our C-user requests, for all of North America Services.
• Process partner consultant reports and other documents/forms using appropriate desktop and enterprise software.
• Work closely with the NA Services Operations, Services Sales, and Finance teams in North America.
• Get hands-on experience with industry-leading software such as SAP Fieldglass.

• Work experience and/or courses in one or more of the following areas: accounting & finance, operations, management, economics, business, etc.
• Familiarity with enterprise software market or similar business-to-business programs or activities are a plus
• Ability to assimilate complex ideas and detailed information into professional written, spoken and visual communications
• Effective program coordination skills
• Ability to consistently deliver results in a high-energy environment
• Knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, and other desktop software
• Strong organization, quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated team player
• Current student for a bachelor’s degree, or recent graduate, in business, accounting/finance, operations, economics, information sciences, or management; or on track for an MBA/Master, or recent graduate
• Prior part-time, entry-level, and/or internship work experience is a plus
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required
• USA work permit is required

COMPENSATION RANGE TRANSPARENCY: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15 - 62 USD.
