• Coach, develop, and inspire the Producer Hub team that works directly with local Scripps stations across the country.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Producer Hub and look for ways to improve efficiencies.
• Coordinate and schedule Producer Hub resources based on station needs & priorities.
• Interact with local news leaders and other newsroom employees to provide clear alignment when Producer Hub resources provide support to a station.
• Provide training for Producer Hub initiatives and emerging technologies.
• Communicate and partner with streaming team managers to help build a collaborative between the Producer Hub and streaming producers; look for ways to innovate.
• Responsible for the quality control of Producer Hub content.
• Work to evolve the Producer Hub with innovative and non-traditional ideas.
• Responsible for promoting an effective and connected remote culture with Producer Hub employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• BS/BA in related discipline preferred or equivalent experience
• Generally 8+ years of experience in related field preferred
• Prior managerial experience preferred

OTT and Producer Hub team) and works closely with the Assistant Chief Engineer to plan and execute technical project work related to ScrippsCast and other technologies supporting broadcast and streaming.
