Do you have experience leading, guiding or working within Agile transformations or Agile teams? Are you interested in joining a startup focused on value delivery and exponential expansion?

As an Agile consultant at Prowareness you help organizations implement Agile frameworks like Scrum by teaching, coaching, mentoring... and facilitating both the Agile manifesto and Agile frameworks. You do this by providing training classes, on-the-job coaching of teams and individuals, providing workshops and collaborating with management and various other components of the client organization. While our primary focus is on software development teams, we have implemented Agile at sales departments, marketing departments, finance departments, business departments and more.

Your daily duties

• Coaching teams and individuals to use the Scrum framework and implement its values
• Coaching specific roles from the Scrum framework on a one-on-one basis
• Coaching and consulting managers and management teams to deal with self-organizing teams
• Providing workshops for any part of the organization to get in touch with the Agile mindset and help them understand what it means for them

• Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum and SAFe
• Certification from Scrum.org, Scaled Agile Inc, or Scrum Alliance (PSM I+, SPC, or CSM)

Most notably, as a partner of Scrum.org, we provide public classes from Scrum.org’s curriculum, and as a SAFe SPCT Gold Partner we are able to teach Scaled Agile’s full curriculum. Being able to teach a class from either curriculum requires specialist skills and requires someone to be vetted and licensed through Scrum.org and Scaled Agile Inc.
