• SAFe SPC certification
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher
General duties
In addition to the above, we expect our consultants to teach training classes as well. Most notably, as a partner of Scrum.org, we provide public classes from Scrum.org’s curriculum, and as a SAFe SPCT Gold Partner we are able to teach Scaled Agile’s full curriculum. Being able to teach a class from either curriculum requires specialist skills and requires someone to be vetted and licensed through Scrum.org and Scaled Agile Inc.
Beside the daily activities, we also expect our consultants to:
• Help close new contracts by:
• Spotting new opportunities at existing clients
• Spotting opportunities through their network
• Accompanying sales associates on appointments
• Write blog posts/articles/books
• Create digital content
• Share knowledge among each other by attending company events
