As an Enablement Content Specialist, you’ll work with a collaborative, cross-functional team of people across our Marketplace Services organization. Working dynamically with key players on the Client and Customer... Experience teams, you’ll craft user guides, help center articles, urgent updates, and internal communications all with the goal of making sure our clients have the resources and information they need to utilize and optimize their relationship with our product. What you'll do
• Create, curate and publish learning content that effectively educates and empowers our fans, rightsholders, and SeatGeek team to use our products and tools successfully
• Ongoing management of SeatGeek learning and self-service systems including access, organization, versioning, styling etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams globally at SeatGeek to identify learning content needs and respond to those with resources that meet the business need.
• Change management of existing learning content that reflects continual product and process changes. Ensure content is updated, accurate, consistent, and relevant.
• Contribute to business improvement initiatives and projects that support successful outcomes for Marketplace Operations
What you have
• 3+ years experience with creating learning content and platform documentation in an enterprise SaaS environment
• The ability to project manage your tasks including prioritization, communication, scheduling, and organization
• Experience with implementing new learning content that supports increased effectiveness of our stakeholders
• Exceptional written communication skills in English, with a strong ability to communicate context, application, and relevant details clearly and concisely
• Strong collaboration skills, plus an eagerness to learn new products and work closely with product & engineering teams
• Fluency in Salesforce, Confluence, Google Suite, Zoom Meetings, and Asana are a plus

The Client Services Specialist will assist clients using our SeatGeek Enterprise offering with their key service-related tasks. This may include assisting with software configuration, proactively coordinating on sale activities, and being a go-to resource for client services-related operations. You’ll sit on our Client Services team and work closely with Program Managers, Product Support, and Strategic Partnership Managers to ensure a positive experience for SeatGeek Enterprise clients.
What you'll do
• Own and coordinate ticketing operations launches for clients while meeting and exceeding client service level agreements
• This includes but is not limited to season ticket renewals, relocations, new season schedule release & pre-sale/on-sales, season deposits, package & plans, playoffs, standalone event pre-sales/on-sales (ie: a concert)
• Coordinate client software version upgrades
• Provide onsite event support as needed
• Assist with software configurations as needed including but not limited to, event build, access control, tax and fee configuration, package & plan configuration, payment configuration, reporting requirements, online offers, and ticketing distribution partner set-up, etc.
• Develop relationships with clients as a service contact for relevant projects and initiatives - you’ll work with Project Managers, Program Managers, and organizational leaders on delivering results for SeatGeek Enterprise clients
• Conduct regular client check-ins as needed
• Practice cross-functional collaboration with SeatGeek Product, CX, Product Support, third party integrations, and Engineering to deliver results for our SeatGeek Enterprise clients
What you have
• 3+ years of experience working in either ticketing operations, ticketing software services, or enterprise client services in a SaaS setting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a positive attitude, even in the most challenging situations
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to client onsite visits

As Head of PR & Communications, reporting to the VP of Brand, Consumer, and Enterprise Marketing, you will manage the Comms team and serve as the champion of a consistent narrative across SeatGeek. You'll become a... trusted partner across all areas of our business by helping harness our momentum, and accelerate SeatGeek from a growth stage company to an industry changing household name. You will own all major communications work streams, including industry, business and consumer press, using both our in-house Comms team and external partners to drive success.

• Own SeatGeek's Comms strategy and execution including corporate, industry, consumer, and policy communications. Refine our narrative in a way that extends our growth momentum across multiple audiences
• Manage the Comms team both internally and externally (agencies, contractors, etc.)
