Performance Management
• Provide guidance to field leaders and client groups on performance and policy administration and application
• Build leadership capability by providing coaching and feedback around handling of associate issues
Business Metric Tracking and Analytics
• Track and analyze HR Metrics to help move the business forward with trends and metric analysis
• Proactively identify trends within stores, districts, regions and/or by issue type to assist in diagnosing and recommending training opportunities

Maximum Salary: $112,875.00

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equal experience
• Min 5 years of Human Resources experience, 2 years Associate Relations experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with all levels inside the organization
• Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to discern the root cause to a problem and identify a resolution for all levels of field leadership and HR
• Ability to analyze situations, develop effective action plans and resolve issues
• Ability to identify trends in behaviors & issues and provide direct coaching in a way that will result in capability building for the field leaders and HR partners
• Preferred location near a large city and close to an airport
• Remote work, travel up to 30%

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
