Summary:

The Deal Desk Supervisor reports to the Director of Revenue Operations. This person is responsible for leading a team of Deal Desk personnel in all aspects of their roles. The primary focus of the team is aiding the Global Sales & Customer Success business in quoting, contracting, and customer invoicing for the global business.

What You Will Do: ******
• Oversees and assists the Deal Desk Analysis with quote/order processing and customer invoicing for the global Sales & Customer Success teams
• Personally handles vendor and customer form fills, answers questions for processing specific deal types,
• Consistently ensures that our Final Internal Review process is completed in a timely manner but with attention to detail that we’re maintaining our commitments from a financial perspective
• Responsible for a strong and efficient month end/quarter end close
• Acts as the primary liaison between Revenue Operations and the Finance and Accounting teams and the team helps support collections efforts in the slower contracting months
• Performs a variety of audit reports within both Salesforce and Netsuite to ensure data fidelity throughout the CRM and ERP
• Supports the nuances of doing business with our Partner Channel, Regional Service Centers, State Purchasing agreements, and other intricacies related to the needs of Educational institutions

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
• 2+ years operating in a leadership capacity
• 4+ years operating in a Deal Desk, Order Management, Accounting Operations, Sales Operations, or related role
• Basic understanding of Revenue Recognition rules
• Ability to thrive during a fast paced, transaction driven environment especially during peak season
• Demonstrated ability to partner with GTM Teams and other cross functional departments
• Experience in Direct and Channel Sales model is highly desirable
• Preference for experience with Salesforce & Netsuite dual ecosystem

Summary:

A Customer Success Manager is a strategic and supportive partner for your customers at every stage of the process. They're focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals. Your responsibilities include supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects, building close relationships that often last beyond any one project or job-order lasting process ownership with the business itself.

We will help you develop a deep understanding of Securly’s software solutions so that you can consult our clients, cultivate relationships, identify new opportunities within the customer and drive revenue by delivering on their business objectives.

This is a remote position with core hours being Monday - Friday, 8-5 pm EST/CST.

What You Will Do:

You'll be assigned a portfolio of named accounts and will help those customers get powerful results from Securly by:

Metrics / Accountability
• Focus on cross-selling & ensure “net negative churn” within your territory
• Maintain retention rates (account basis) while increasing LCV (lifetime customer value)
• Ensure the expansion of licenses within existing customers
• Familiarity with the customer success platform Gainsight is beneficial

Relationship-building
• Establish productive, professional relationships across a variety of levels within a district (Senior Administration and IT / District and School)
• Serve as the eyes and ears of Securly to understand the customer's needs, both challenges and opportunities.
• Serve as an escalation point on key issues (both internally & externally) and communicate with the customer with integrity.
• Facilitate peer networking and customer advocacy programs

Consultation/Solutions
• Maintain an understanding of the district's Student Safety & Wellness vision + technical goals.
• Demonstrated ability to have strategic solution-based conversations around technical proposals (IT) as well as with non-technical (student wellness and safety)
• Collaborate as needed with professional services counterparts in customer success (onboarding, training, & technical services) to ensure we deliver a cohesive service experience
• Collaborate as needed with the student safety team to discuss industry trends and capitalize on the real-world experience
• Certified in Securly product knowledge and the ability to run various “plays” given specific customer circumstance

Customer Advocacy
• Gather feedback from customers on platform strengths, challenges, and opportunities and champion that feedback to the Director of Customer Success and product teams
• Facilitate co-development efforts by connecting customers to early product discovery and development projects
• Create opportunities for customers to showcase their efforts through the advisory council, in-person presentations, and webinars

You will also contribute meaningfully to Securly’s growth by
• Monitor and escalate customer risks in a timely fashion so that interventions can be put in place well ahead of renewal time
• Foster a highly reference-able customer experience

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
• 4+ years experience as a customer success manager
• 2+ years experience with software (SaaS), technical product, and K-12 EdTech preferred
• Travel as necessary to key accounts, trade shows, and strategic opportunities
• 4-year college degree preferred
• Previous experience in a business development or sales position
• Experience working in a startup or rapidly growing software/technical company is beneficial

Summary:

We are looking for a Rhithm Adoption/implementation coach to work with K12 clients as part of our Professional Services department. The Professional Services team helps customers deepen and elevate their use of Securly products to meet organizational goals by offering strategic planning, customized consultation, and targeted coaching. Intending to increase platform adoption, product engagement, and other specific initiatives, the team tailors both content and the customer experience to support our customers.

This position will focus on working with administrators, teachers, and other school-based staff to use Rhithm, one of Securly's products, effectively. A successful Rhithm Implementation Specialist will increase and enhance Rhithm use across the organization and help the customer create sustainable systems and processes for continued usage and growth after the coaching period.

What You Will Do:
• Help district and site-based leaders develop or enhance their vision for Rhithm usage.
• Help district and school users connect Rhithm usage and student wellness best practices.
• Drive change within the organization to achieve the district vision and goals for Rhithm.
• Listen to the needs of school-based staff and help to meet those needs with Rhithm and other Securly solutions. Coach all levels of users on product functionality and best practices.
• Prepare help documents, learning materials, and presentations specific to the organization.
• Track and leverage data effectively and follow an inquiry process to share your analysis of challenges, apply targeted strategies, and elevate the usage of Rhithm and other Securly solutions.
• Use data to identify areas where additional support, training, or consulting are needed.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct coaching sessions using appropriate tools and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
• At least three years of K12 School Counseling or School Psychology experience.
• Experience Rhithm products/solutions (or similar) is beneficial
• Basic knowledge of technology adoption strategies and educational technology best practices.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from various sources, including district leadership, principals, teachers, parents, and other departments.
• Ability to elicit consensus and drive buy-in.
