Summary:
The Deal Desk Supervisor reports to the Director of Revenue Operations. This person is responsible for leading a team of Deal Desk personnel in all aspects of their roles. What You Will Do: ******

• Ability to thrive during a fast paced, transaction driven environment especially during peak season

Relationship-building

• Collaborate as needed with the student safety team to discuss industry trends and capitalize on the real-world experience
• Certified in Securly product knowledge and the ability to run various “plays” given specific customer circumstance
Customer Advocacy
• Gather feedback from customers on platform strengths, challenges, and opportunities and champion that feedback to the Director of Customer Success and product teams
• Facilitate co-development efforts by connecting customers to early product discovery and development projects
• Create opportunities for customers to showcase their efforts through the advisory council, in-person presentations, and webinars

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
• 4+ years experience as a customer success manager

• Prepare help documents, learning materials, and presentations specific to the organization.

• Use data to identify areas where additional support, training, or consulting are needed.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
• At least three years of K12 School Counseling or School Psychology experience.
• Experience Rhithm products/solutions (or similar) is beneficial

Summary:
As the Product Marketing Manager you will report to the Head of product and content marketing and be empowered to further develop and execute the overall go-to-market strategy for assigned products, including devising launch initiatives to communicate the product’s value to customers, as well as defining and implementing ongoing tactics to support the customer journey and attract, convert, and retain customers.
What You Will Do:
• Devise and execute GTM strategies and launch plans for new products and significant updates/releases
• Collaborate with product management and engineering beginning in the early stages of development to transfer knowledge about the customer and ensure product-market fit
• Align with product management on the ideal customer and personas for the product, and the challenges and/or opportunities the product can address
• Develop product positioning and messaging that aligns to relevant and meaningful customer challenges, communicates the problems the product helps them solve, and differentiates the product from others
• Plan and orchestrate GTM launch initiatives to communicate the product’s value to customers, as well as devising and implementing tactics at all stages of the customer journey to attract, convert, and retain customers
• Drive the development of sales materials, content, and campaigns that communicate the product’s value to customers and support product revenue goals
• Work cross-functionally to develop and document the customer journey for each product
• Provide marketing guidance to support the beta testing of both new products and significant updates/releases to existing products
• Develop marketing strategies to drive demand for new and existing products and collaborate with the demand gen, performance, and content marketing teams to implement, measure, and refine
• Oversee the delivery of timely and accurate communications about product changes, updates, and improvements internally and externally
• Collaborate with sales channels, CS, sales engineering, and product management to identify and vet product updates, improvements, and additional growth opportunities for the product
• Acquire and maintain deep knowledge of customer needs, market drivers, and industry trends — be the advocate for the customer
• Acquire and maintain deep knowledge of existing and emerging competitors — be the product expert
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
• 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, where you developed and/or contributed to GTM strategy
• At least one year of prior SaaS product marketing management experience, where you were responsible for all aspects of product marketing in a startup or early stage environment
• K-12 education experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience executing successful GTM launches
• Track record of developing and nurturing relationships with customers
• Natural leader with exceptional collaboration skills; can persuade, influence, and manage cross-functionally to drive projects and results
• Exceptional critical thinking and judgment; can cut through clutter and BS to get to the salient information
• Confident asking both hard and “dumb” questions in the pursuit of knowledge
• Unafraid to question the status quo; embraces new ways of thinking about and solving problems
• Excellent research and analysis skills
• Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in all G Suite applications and Slack; experience with Highspot, Gainsight, and Salesforce ideal
