Stay informed and share knowledge:

The main focus of this role is to plan, manage, and execute a link building strategy that will drive organic traffic to Levelset.com. We want to give you high fives when the web traffic breaks another record. We want the sales team and the executive team to be abuzz when the lead count doubles. We want our visitors and customers to give us a 5-star review (see some here) because our website is so damned amazing and blazing fast, and because everything works all the time. How will you be measured?

• More reviews and Levelset brand mentions on external properties

Main responsibilities will include: planning, strategizing, outreach to partners, consistent follow-up, and the monitor and upkeep of external links
Planning/Strategy
• Build list of relevant link targets
• Find sites and articles with link opportunities
• Help brainstorm thought leadership content pieces and topics

• Build a best-in-class SEO practice across technical and content SEO across our web properties, including brand and content sites we manage.
• You will partner with our Product and Engineering organization to establish an SEO-first implementation strategy that ensures best practices are implemented from design through launch.
• You’ll ensure the index is healthy and crawls are efficient and focused on the highest value pages

We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven SEO Growth Manager who can help us build a robust SEO Growth Engine. We’re a startup, so aside from driving strategic direction, you’ll mostly roll up your sleeves and execute.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• You’ll be the team expert on all things SEO and organic growth. You’ll define our SEO roadmap balancing between short and mid-term opportunities focused on maximizing organic growth outcomes
• Dig into the data and conduct comprehensive analysis to find content gaps, identify where RenoFi may be lagging and leverage in house and freelance resources to address those gaps and improve our position
• Design, test and optimize organic content loops
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Design and Data
• Develop and implement a comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting system to enhance visibility and measure improvements in SEO performance
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• A proven track record in SEO with at least 3 years of experience in driving and implementing successful strategies and initiatives that have directly resulted in organic traffic growth within a B2C setting
• Capable of standing up a new function of your own, leveraging internal resources and outsourcing where necessary – ideally you have worked with internal and external content creators and know how to find them
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret SEO data, define metrics, measure performance to share and inform decision-making
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Design and Data
• You are intellectually curious and positive, display confidence in making independent decisions, taking calculated risks and operating with a sense of urgency to drive results

It can take a decade to build up enough home equity and savings to pay for a major renovation. As a result, recent homeowners do a lot of financially-suboptimal things to compensate like borrow from their 401k, rack up credit card debt, and use high-interest personal loans. Or they just live unhappily for years in a home that doesn’t meet their family’s needs.
But by completing a major renovation, homeowners are increasing the value of their home. Pay Range
Salary: $98,052 - $122,566
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future.
