ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Coordinates ongoing stewardship and cultivation strategies for the Leadership Gifts team. Serves as primary Development Staff liaison with General Director's office and Board President's office in stewardship and cultivation strategies, including timely processing of acknowledgment letters and scheduling of cultivation/stewardship meetings. Using Tessitura and Excel (or other software as necessary), tracks progress on key aspects of the department's Leadership-level fundraising initiatives and strategies, including designated fund initiatives such as Camerata.

Provides administrative and clerical support to the Director of Leadership Gifts and Leadership Gifts Officers as needed. Oversees donor sponsor credits for all marketing and communication collateral. Coordinates and ensures timely recognition of gifts for donors in Leadership portfolios.

Coordinates the writing of Leadership-related materials, such as correspondences and sponsor spotlights. Assists Director of Leadership Gifts, Leadership Gifts Officers, and Prospect Research Manager with planning, managing and executing special strategies and projects. SECONDARY FUNCTIONS: Assists stewardship, events and hospitality staff as directed for Leadership-related functions.

Manages Leadership-level donor cultivation opportunities with production, media and rehearsal teams. Manages other donor analysis projects as assigned. Provides excellent patron relations services and directs patrons as appropriate for donors in Leadership portfolios.

Maintains development records and files as appropriate as well as archiving action plans and team strategies. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. PURPOSE:
To provide administrative and logistical support to the Opera Center.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Serves as assistant to General Manager and Artistic Director of the San Francisco Opera Center.
Corresponds with guest faculty, artists, and artist managers, to execute agreed upon terms and logistics of contracts.
Administers, contracts, and schedules Opera Center events.
Creates and maintains Opera Center Master Calendar.
Liaises with SFO Finance Dept.
to request checks, wires, and payments for Adler Fellows, Opera Center staff and guest faculty.
Prepares and submits payroll and expenses on behalf of the Opera Center to the Finance Department.
Performs duties to ensure the timely payments for the Adler Fellow's insurance, working dues and retirement benefits.
Coordinates travel and housing... for visiting Opera Center and Merola Opera Program personnel, working with Artist Services Coordinator of Merola Opera Program.
Prepares and applies for training visas for Adler Fellows and MOP Artists, and applies for visas for guest Artists.
Coordinates multiple aspects of Opera Center performances including venue selection, vendor relations, transportation, housing and per-diem arrangements.
Liaises with multiple SFO departments to coordinate outreach, donor, and outside Adler Fellow performances both on and offsite.
Serves as primary staff representative accompanying Opera Center engagements.
Compiles Adler audition materials and coordinates logistics for visiting agents.
Works with Box Office Manager to coordinate tickets for all Opera Center productions, including Merola Opera Program.
Acts as production/stage manager for the Schwabacher Debut Recitals.
Compiles program material for Schwabacher Debut Recitals and liaises with program designer to execute program materials.
Works with DEC Department to coordinate Adler virtual and in-person school visits.

Coordinates with Communications for Opera Center webpages.
Works with Media Department on current and past Adler media requests.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred) or equivalent work experience
Experience:
