• I. Essential Job Functions:

- Perform a variety of data science activities, in addition to managing the relationship of
the data team with the Monarch, ecosystem, and other stakeholders.
- Take ownership and champion data topics, with the flexibility and interpersonal skills to
interact across the business, especially the Monarch product and product ecosystem, and
manage a project/team where required.
- Develop data analytics competences in the team and drive out the analytics capability.
- Analyze complex data sets in depth for discovery purposes, issues, and trends/patterns.
Make independent/educated judgments and recommendations regarding appropriate
solutions.
- Help define and provide oversight for process and data quality across the data group
operations.
- Monitor the daily running of the production data visualization, particularly with respect
to consistency, correctness, and ease of use. Manage data-related interventions through to
resolution.
- Create and maintain various data products, including delivery via visualization tool
dashboards, reports, ad hoc data analysis, spreadsheets, and graphs.
- Assist in team planning and in the wider team’s Change Management to enable change
projects and business requests.
• II. Education and Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a closely related field and 5
years of experience in data analysis; OR
- Master’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a closely related field and 3
years of experience in data analysis.
• III. Special Skills Required:

- SQL
- Machine learning on large data sets
- Experience with statistical modeling software such as Python, R, MatLap, Pandas, or
similar technologies.
- Experience leading team by:
- Leading project team;
- Collaborating with stakeholders;
- Data analysis skills (investigation, modeling, mapping, and gap analysis), including:
- Dimensional modeling;
- Expert data modeling;
- Relational technology;
- One or more database engines;
- Experience developing data visualization dashboards and with tools such as Tableau; and
- Experience in one or more visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, or Periscope).
- Experience in project management.

Salary: $185,000

The Role

SimplePractice is looking for a QA engineering intern. This person should be attentive, teachable, and motivated with a passion for technology in the healthcare space.

About You
• You have an analytical mindset, good attention to detail and documentation skills

• Comfortable working with remote teams and using collaboration tools to communicate

Responsibilities
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, cross browser, exploratory, and UI testing
• Creation and maintenance of test documentation: bug reports, checklists, test cases, etc.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product and design teams
• Work with remote teams, using tools such as Github, PivotalTracker, Asana, Figma, Slack and Zoom

The Role

We’re seeking a highly-motivated Senior Website Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our growing team, you will report to the Website Marketing Manager and will have a direct impact on the success of our brand. This is a fast-paced role, which encompasses managing the day-to-day operational tasks of the website team, publishing content in our CMS, coordinating cross-functionally with key stakeholders, and assisting develop strategies to improve website KPIs. Candidates should ideally have experience in website marketing, with a keen eye for UX design and strong organization skills.

Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the website team, building out project workflows, maintaining Asana boards, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects adhere to deadlines
• Evaluate the operating structure of the website squad and recommend process improvements to increase the team’s efficiency
• Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with team members across multiple groups (engineering, product, customer success)
• Update and publish website content through our CMS platform
• Monitor and review content on the website to ensure it stays up to date
• Write requirement documents for new features, bugs, or back-end changes that will be provided to engineering for implementation
• Monitor website performance, finding and correcting errors in content, broken links, or other needed maintenance
• Assist analyzing website results and brainstorm initiatives to improve website KPIs (conversion, bounce rate, traffic, etc.)
• Assist developing hypotheses for A/B tests, set up tests in our experimentation platform, analyze results, and create internal documentation on results
• Partner closely with the Web Design team, writing design requirements, ensuring projects adhere to timelines, and helping provide feedback or design direction when needed
• Periodically complete reviews for engineering on new website builds for new features, ensuring builds match designs and fulfill all requirements

Desired Skills & Experience
• 2-3 years of experience in website management, website development, and/or UX design
• Experience using CMS platforms such as Wordpress, Contentful, Builder.io, etc.
• Experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Experience using a project management platform such as Asana, Pivotal, Monday, or Jira
• Strong eye for UX design, and general experience working with Figma
• General understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript and technical SEO
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style
• A plus if you have experience running hypothesis-driven A/B testing programs (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize)

Base Compensation Range

$67,000 - $90,000 annually

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission and equity. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
