- Analyze complex data sets in depth for discovery purposes, issues, and trends/patterns.
Make independent/educated judgments and recommendations regarding appropriate
solutions.
- Help define and provide oversight for process and data quality across the data group
operations.
- Monitor the daily running of the production data visualization, particularly with respect
to consistency, correctness, and ease of use. Manage data-related interventions through to
resolution.
- Create and maintain various data products, including delivery via visualization tool
dashboards, reports, ad hoc data analysis, spreadsheets, and graphs.
- Assist in team planning and in the wider team’s Change Management to enable change
projects and business requests.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a closely related field and 5

The Role

The Role

We are seeking a storyteller with solid public relations experience whose ideal position is equal parts strategy and execution. As our Internal Communications Manager, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing our internal communications and employer branding strategy, from concept to delivery. You will own the creation of compelling and original content with the goal of inspiring, educating, and making an impact with key audiences – including existing team members, future talent, customers, community, media and more. You’ll act as a key conduit between leadership and the organization, keeping our team informed of updates and priorities that are centered around our mission. From developing the executive voice, to owning talent branding, company reputation and crisis management, all storytelling is managed in this role. You will report into the Chief Marketing Officer, with a strong dotted line to the President and Senior Director, People & Culture.

Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of organizational communication plans that connects every employee to the SimplePractice mission, values, objectives and strategy and ensures team members feel engaged, supported and inspired by their work and culture at SimplePractice.
• Serve as a thought partner with leadership to create and execute a strategy for expanded impact of SimplePractice executive voices. Develop a deep understanding of leadership POV and utilize that knowledge to craft strategic messaging and programming for all-employee meetings, events (both virtual and in-person), company-wide emails, Slack communications, and other communication channels on behalf of leadership. Proactively prepare meeting speakers to respond to team member Q&As, questions, and/or concerns that may arise based on messaging.
• Build and manage the corporate brand and develop an approach to proactively manage company reputation, internally and externally.
• Create and manage our internal communications processes and calendar to deliver important communications across the team, between teams and from leadership, and ensure our employees know where to go for the information they need.
• Draft and edit internal communications materials, including memos, videos, presentations, quarterly newsletter and blog posts;
• Partner with the marketing team to create inspiring, beautiful, and impactful assets in support of communication efforts.

Desired Skills & Experience
• 5-7 years experience in a public relations/marketing role (in-house or agency preferred) developing and executing campaigns related to corporate reputation management (internal and external), employer branding, internal communications strategy, issues management, and executive communications
• Bachelor degree with a concentration in communications, journalism, public relations, or marketing preferred
• Exceptional communication abilities with confidence in communicating across the organization, with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking
• Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution
• Editorial mentality that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it

Base Compensation Range

$97,000 - $125,000 annually

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission and equity. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.

The Role

Our Sr. Director of Cloud Infrastructure will provide the infrastructure services vision that enables innovation and seeks to leverage technology trends that can create business value, consistent with the company’s requirements and expectations. This will be done through the design, development, modification, adaption, and implementation of short-and long-term solutions to enable scalable and reliable product infrastructure within the cloud.

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, modify, adapt, and implement short-and long-term solutions to enable scalable and reliable product infrastructure within the cloud.
• Provide infrastructure services vision that enables innovation and seeks to leverage technology trends that can create business value consistent with the company’s requirements and expectations.
• Inspire innovation in automation and tooling across the entire product infrastructure and contribute to the professional development and learning of existing team members.
• Work with the engineering team to ensure the architecture and implementation of reliable and scalable product infrastructure with world-class uptime and unparalleled security controls.
• Identify, implement, and measure critical metrics necessary to manage and monitor the performance of overall infrastructure operations, including capacity, availability, budget, and inventory.
• Manage relationships with business leaders and other company stakeholders. Serve as the primary relationship manager for multiple vendors.
• Stay informed of emerging trends, disciplines, and technologies. Uncover and implement strategies to compete and remain competitive in the industry.
• Lead a strong global infrastructure engineering team that runs critical services while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI, and NIST.

Desired Skills & Experience
• Master’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., computer science, information technology, information systems, etc.) or a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and an MBA
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience running global infrastructure teams, with the latter part focused on cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with automation, cloud operations, the architecture of environments, and the use of new emerging technologies and trends.
• Extensive experience using AWS and its related technology stack.
• Innovative mind with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in the organization.
• Servant and empathetic leader with a focus on the professional development of the team
• Understanding of HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI, and NIST security and compliance requirements.
• Experience with building non-red tape processes that remove obstacles while ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

The Role
SimplePractice is looking for a Program Manager to coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. As our Program Manager you will report directly to our Senior Director of Program Management & Product Operations, helping develop new business and expand the product line. You will help ensure adherence to master plans and schedules, develop solutions to program problems, and direct work of incumbents assigned to programs from various departments.
Responsibilities
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Act as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations
• Prepares proposals to win new programs
• Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets
• Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes

• 2-4 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly synthesize disparate parallel tracks, identify dependencies, and then communicate proactively
