• Manager customer quality on-boarding documents and requirements
• Manage customer audit programs, documentation, specifications, and ensure active customer support
• Work closely with sales to make sure all quality requirements are met for new product development and/or new customer
• Manage all SIMPLi’s FSQA and product specification documentation up to date
• Manage Certificate of Analysis per product and lot to make sure product meets specifications and customer’s requirements
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality specifications, safety standards, and sanitation practices for US Warehouses and repackaging facility
• Responsible to audit co-packers and supply chain actors to meet SIMPLi standards and maintain up to date records of all necessary documentation
• Work closely with the regenerative organic operations team to maintain farming community documentation up to date
• Manage of international food safety technicians to guarantee quality controls are met through the supply chain
• Manage and develop internal programs like HACCP Program, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, Pest Control, Good Manufacturing Practices, Approved Supplier Program, Foreign Material Control, Warehouse Sanitation, Chemical Control, Product Quality Assurance, FSQA Customer Complaints, Food Defense and Security, and others

• Manager customer quality on-boarding documents and requirements
• Manage customer audit programs, documentation, specifications, and ensure active customer support
• Work closely with sales to make sure all quality requirements are met for new product development and/or new customer
• Manage all SIMPLi’s FSQA and product specification documentation up to date
• Manage Certificate of Analysis per product and lot to make sure product meets specifications and customer’s requirements
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality specifications, safety standards, and sanitation practices for US Warehouses and repackaging facility
• Responsible to audit co-packers and supply chain actors to meet SIMPLi standards and maintain up to date records of all necessary documentation
• Work closely with the regenerative organic operations team to maintain farming community documentation up to date
• Manage of international food safety technicians to guarantee quality controls are met through the supply chain
• Manage and develop internal programs like HACCP Program, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, Pest Control, Good Manufacturing Practices, Approved Supplier Program, Foreign Material Control, Warehouse Sanitation, Chemical Control, Product Quality Assurance, FSQA Customer Complaints, Food Defense and Security, and others
• Manage, develop, and monitor third party audits to SIMPLi warehouses like USDA Organic, Kosher, Fair for Life, Department of Health, and others.
• Assist in Employee Training of FSQA Programs, Policies and Procedures
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Minimum of 3 year FSQA experience
• Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, mathematics or related scientific field (required)
• Basic business correspondence responding to leaders and presenting information.
• Basic mathematical abilities.
• Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems and reporting software applications preferred
• Knowledge of governmental regulations (FDA/USDA/State Department of Agriculture) as applied to quality assurance/food safety.
• Must be detail-oriented and display good project management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to prioritize, and schedule accordingly, on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must possess and display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to produce results through effective, cross-functional teams and partnerships, working collaboratively with a variety of teams and individuals, including possessing the willingness to engage with others and be challenged.
• Must possess and display strong analytical, critical thinking, collaboration and problem solving skills. Must think strategically, develop a winning vision and be a leader of influence.
• Demonstrated Knowledge and/or implementation of GFSI audit standard, GMPs, and Food Safety Plan
• Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge of quality standards and tools to enhance food safety and quality
• Ability to travel 20%
• Must be authorized to work in the Unites states without sponsorship now and in the future
