Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Consistently identifying and attracting new clients through a variety of engagement strategies, both online and offline, such as email marketing, calls and in-person meetings.
• Promoting technology, experiences and programs with various marketing and sales initiatives to drive tenant engagement and maintain program sustainability.
• Managing content and social media presence for building, initiatives, and properties as needed.
• Managing procurement of marketing materials for leasing, marketing, and digital offerings.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leads new account growth by development of target account list and fact-based selling presentations to close targeted accounts
• Maintains open and frequent communication with existing and targeted customer base by making personal visits, communicating via telephone, video conference, written correspondence, and email.
• Identifies and builds strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the targeted and current customer base
• Participates and promotes SIMPLi products at National Food Expos, Customer Conventions, and Critical Food shows and events, as needed
• Develops and facilitates the transfer of developed customers to the Sales Operations Manager once deemed necessary
• Leads product incident response with active accounts
• Conducts regular business reviews with Existing and Target customers
• Makes cold calls from the prospect list to identify key decision-makers and pursue opportunities

• Manager customer quality on-boarding documents and requirements
• Manage customer audit programs, documentation, specifications, and ensure active customer support
• Work closely with sales to make sure all quality requirements are met for new product development and/or new customer
• Manage all SIMPLi’s FSQA and product specification documentation up to date
• Manage Certificate of Analysis per product and lot to make sure product meets specifications and customer’s requirements
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality specifications, safety standards, and sanitation practices for US Warehouses and repackaging facility
• Responsible to audit co-packers and supply chain actors to meet SIMPLi standards and maintain up to date records of all necessary documentation
• Work closely with the regenerative organic operations team to maintain farming community documentation up to date
• Manage of international food safety technicians to guarantee quality controls are met through the supply chain
• Manage and develop internal programs like HACCP Program, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, Pest Control, Good Manufacturing Practices, Approved Supplier Program, Foreign Material Control, Warehouse Sanitation, Chemical Control, Product Quality Assurance, FSQA Customer Complaints, Food Defense and Security, and others
• Manage, develop, and monitor third party audits to SIMPLi warehouses like USDA Organic, Kosher, Fair for Life, Department of Health, and others.
• Assist in Employee Training of FSQA Programs, Policies and Procedures
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Minimum of 3 year FSQA experience
• Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, mathematics or related scientific field (required)
• Basic business correspondence responding to leaders and presenting information.
• Basic mathematical abilities.
• Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems and reporting software applications preferred

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Simpli.fi is hiring a highly-qualified and motivated Social Media Manager for its Marketing team in Fort Worth, Texas. Ideal candidates possess strong strategic, organizational, communication, writing, technical, and analytical skills. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and measuring the social media strategy of our brand. In this role, the individual will work to increase our brand awareness, employee engagement, and improve our marketing efforts by using social media as a channel of content communication. We are looking for an individual who knows how to engage people, use measurement tools to gain insights, and align their work with our brand and content strategy
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Management of Simpli.fi s social media profiles and online presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and any additional channels deemed relevant
Creation of engaging written and visual content for various social media platforms in collaboration with our design team
Planning and scheduling social media posts using tools like Sprout Social
Collaborating with other teams and departments to monitor advocacy, engagement, and company reputation across our profiles
Continuous engagement with customers and followers on social media platforms, responding to customer inquiries, comments, and/or complaints in a timely manner
Active interaction with industry leaders and publications to keep track of relevant news, share related articles, and create thought leadership content for our brand
Ideating, developing, and implementing coordinated social media campaigns to promote brand messaging and increase visibility
Analyzing, optimizing, and sharing measurements across relevant KPIs for our brand s social media program
Executing influencer marketing strategies across various social media platforms as deemed relevant
Consistent identification of new opportunities and ways to improve the company's social media presence
Staying up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies, as well as industry trends and changes
Monitor and evaluate search engine rankings, traffic, and other metrics to identify areas of improvement as part of our holistic SEO strategy
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:
Bachelor s Degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a social media management platform (i.e. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.)
2-4 years of relevant experience
