What you'll do
• Support the concepting, design and delivery of innovative marketing experiences that bring moments of delight to Spotify’s users.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, Design, Insights and Engineering teams to support the concepting and development process for marketing experiences by providing strategy, testing, and consumer insights to ensure product market fit.
• Support the development of go-to-market strategies and coordinate global launches, collaborating with creative, channel marketing, and insights teams to drive user engagement.
• Help coordinate the marketing and communication strategy across Global and Regional Marketing, PR, Comms, Social, CRM and CS teams.
• Partner with regional marketing teams to expand on-platform experiences to relevant global markets and audiences.
• Help design measurement plans in partnership with Insights teams to assess the impact of our experiences.
• Understand social media and consumer technology trends to lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams – always with the user at the heart of our work.

Who you are
• Proven track record in building collaborative partnerships across multi-disciplinary teams, including product management, engineering, design, insights, and data science.
• You’re passionate about digital consumer experiences, with a demonstrated ability to use insights and data to inform marketing strategy.
• Experience driving adoption of new products / services, understanding key engagement metrics and measurement approaches.
• You’re a heavy user of social media with a strong awareness of current social trends, memes and discourse.
• Hands-on experience in defining an initiative’s positioning, preparing marketing briefs and building marketing go to market plans in collaboration with R&D, global and regional marketing teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with data scientists and insights teams to extract key information from reporting dashboards, define KPIs, measure campaign performance to produce internal campaign reports.
• Experience with consumer marketing campaigns, managing the briefing process and strong creative judgment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization.
• You currently have valid work authorization to work in the country in which this role is based that will extend from June to August 2023

The United States hourly rate for this position is 33.00 USD (Undergraduate First Year & Sophomores), 42.00 USD (Undergraduate Juniors & Seniors), 49.00 USD (Masters) & 58.00 USD (PhD) per hour plus a one time intern stipend of 2,253 USD. This position is overtime eligible. These rates may be modified in the future.
