OVERVIEW:

The Enterprise ILT (Instructor-Led Training) specialist, will drive top-line revenue growth through the expansion of our Instructor Led Classroom training business footprint within our existing account base.

The successful ILT specialist will have a strong track record of achievement and will grow an ambitious pipeline of business through aftersales, outbound prospecting, creativity, and team collaboration. They will sell our Instructor-led portfolio line directly to Enterprise customers.

This will require the ability to navigate through complex organizations and sell to multiple decision-makers. Fluency in Dutch & English is required.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

· Responsible for selling and closing business for all types of products that Skillsoft offers, including Private Delivery, Open Enrollment, Subscriptions and Prepays

· Ensure our portfolio is well managed and present on our partner portals.

· Achieving targeted new pipeline, sales activity, and quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for assigned territory

· Establish and grow a Global Knowledge and Skillsoft presence within a set list of accounts or region

· Establish personal relationship with key decision makers within account base

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

· 4+ years successful sales experience

· Bachelor's Degree preferred

· Experience and knowledge of solution-based selling

We are currently seeking a Learning Consultant (LC) who will execute a portfolio of standard and custom projects for the Federal Team. The Learning Consultant is responsible for drafting or modifying a project plan for each project and ensuring that all projects are completed within scope and to the quality standards required. Projects can include facilitating live sessions, developing workshops; driving and executing a Customer’s learning strategy, creating marketing plans and materials, curating content, building blended learning programs, conducting needs analyses, advising customers on best practices, measuring results/reporting and similar learning and development activities. Establishing solid rapport and working relationships with all external stakeholders to ensure a delighted customer experience for the duration of the project and to deliver clear value in accordance to the customer’s needs as described in the contract will be important for this role. The Learning Consultant is responsible for establishing solid working relationships with internal stakeholders across all areas of the organization as needed.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

The following responsibilities represent the daily activities of a Learning Consultant:
• Manage the delivery of service engagements for Skillsoft clients.
• Work with account teams to focus on customer specific program needs. 1. Provide high-level administrative support to Senior Sales Leaders, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging travel, expense management and organizing meetings and events.

2. Act as a liaison between the Senior Sales Leader and internal/external stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely dissemination of information. Assist in drafting and reviewing sales-related communications, presentations, and proposals.

3. Maintain confidential files and records, including sales data, client information, and contracts. Organize and retrieve documents as needed.

4. Assist with sales operations related activities, such as generating reports and creating presentations. Coordinate with the sales teams and operations to gather necessary information and deliverables.

5. Support sales leaders in managing and coordinating various projects, including tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Assist in research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role supporting senior sales leaders is preferred. Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirable.

2. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

3. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

4. Self-motivated and proactive approach to work. Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and offer solutions to challenges.

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
