We find that the personal interaction between a trainer and client is essential to making training sales. You are often working alone in this role so completing tasks and taking responsibility for the club is essential. This gives you a way to earn some money while you get to know members and talk to people about training. As you pick up training clients, you can schedule their training sessions at times that work for both them and you, outside of your scheduled staff hours. Another plus is we pay a much higher split than the larger gyms for the training sessions that you complete, 60% of the session value. If you think you would like this small club environment with a dual role and multiple responsibilities, then this would be a good job for you.

• Service Excellence - Provide members with the best equipment, guidance, and value-added services to help them achieve results.

• Facility Excellence - Ensure that facility's equipment and cleanliness/tidiness consistently meet company standards.
